Awful customers service and unprofessional. Booked them 1.5 month in advance for my Bridal hair.... just to show up and there's nobody to do my hair on my wedding day, the receptionist confirms she see's my name in the system... they even had assigned me a backup hairdraisser to do my hair at 9am, turns out he couldnt help as he already had other customers booked. The receptionist conveniently disapeared... nobody ever proposed to help and obviously nobody even apologized for the stress I had to live to find a new hairdresser available the same morning.

I was recommended this salon by a friend of mine, but I’ll be honest I was worried because of some of the bad reviews. From start to finish I am SO happy I chose this salon. Andrea had two free consultations with me, one to talk about what I wanted to get done (going from 10 years of red box dye to light blond!) and another to do a lightening test to see if my air could handle it. I just had my first full session with balayage, highlights and a haircut and I couldn’t be happier. In one session Andrea got rid of the red, my hairs brassiness, and I’m well on my way to being fully blond. I LOVE THE COLOR. Also, it was much less expensive than expected. The salons elegant interior is a bonus. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and I can’t wait for my second appointment in a couple months. Much thanks to Andrea and the team! Highly recommend.

I tried to book an appointment with Oskar. I have been following him for awhile on Instagram and finally decided to book an appointment with him. I sent him a private message on Instagram, which he never answered (but has been actively posting on his account) and texted him which he never replied. His own account says to book with him via text or DM and he ignored both... so disappointed, I was so excited to go to this salon cause I’ve heard so many great things.

I have debated and gone back and forth about wether or not to leave a review as it is NOT in my habits to ever do that however this was the most horrid hair colour I've ever had and the worst experience in customer service that I ever had.For starters, I am a salon owner and hairstylist myself and was so excited to finally be treating" myself and be a client for once myself.I hadn't coloured my hair in over a year

Max has been doing my hair for years now and he is the absolute best! The whole team is friendly, professional and competent. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Loved the whole experience, from the lobby with the beautiful decor, open space, epoxy floor, comfortable seating, to the hair wash and of course the haircut. Oscar was great. I was switching over from years going to a barber and wanted something new. He listened and asked question, then proposed a variety of possible hairstyles and it was a hit. See you soon Bud !

This is my honest opinion of a professional stylish woman . So gave Oscar many chances as I wanted to love his work but out of 7 services 1pass and 6 flocks with 1000+$ short . Once at the cash quickly take money from his overprice bill and run, ur lucky if u get a goodbyeand a thank u. Try to speak to him about my concerns to come to a understanding never returns and calls . Ask to speak to the owner max even worst. According to the receptionist Stephanie she related my concern many time . Oscar admitted few time he made a mistake. Once charged half price . The other rip off..he is unprofessional. Unless ur 22or less less I suggest don't go there . It's about 1 style for a Instagram pic . Ohhh he actually told me he doesn't know how to lighten eyebrows lol really now. Salon no business card . Spacious . Not welcoming . Not well organized. Avoid ,u less ur the hairdresser inner circle. U will be treated poorly but charge with no shame for their bad job. Yes u will not find me under tia . But Stephanie and Oscar will remember as Maria. So find me and see all my wasted money at your salon . Thank you .
