A great clinic! Dr. Hollingsworth is very kind and knowledgeable, would come back for custom orthotics with them.

Dr. Shah was fantastic with an ingrown toenail situation. He was informative and the surgery was quick and painless. I write this before the healing pains set in-- but I was very impressed! He wrote an prescription for a cream and also an antibiotic in case of infection and gave simple follow up instructions. If I had the same problem again, I would return. I was worried going in because the reviews were mediocre so I thought I'd make sure I posted one to share and I'm kind of a picky person.

I am just another person who has had terrible service from this company. I ordered orthotics, waited months, called to check and they straight up forgot to order my orthotics. Debbie, the office manager"

Dr Shah spent a Total of 15 min for 2 people. Did not address nor even look at the state of my husbands bunions. Sold 2 pairs of the cheapest looking and performing orthotics cost, $1500. This was covered by our medical but was a complete waste of time. My daughters foot still rolls in and my husband can’t feel his toes. We even had to call back to receive the proper paper work in order to claim the orthotics. I highly doubt this guy is a proper podiatrist. Will be choosing someone else next time.

I’ve been dealing some 20+ years with the Foot Clinic first with Dr. Baer followed by Dr. Hollingsworth and for the first time today with Dr. Shah. I saw him for a bunion growing and what to do before it becomes a real problem. He was very thorough with his explanation and instructions for an exercise for my big toe to help prevent the growth.Reading some of the reviews, I was sceptical at first, however, to my surprise I found he examined both my feet, recommended orthotics down the road but emphasized on exercising the toe and physiotherapy.I found him more thorough with his medical expertise than the previous Podiatrists I had. I highly recommend Dr. Shah.

I just called the posted number for a copy of my podiatrist prescription. Receptionist in Kelowna said said she was too busy to send an email to Victoria office on my behalf. Seems to be no way for me to call Victoria office on my own. I've been a patient for 10+ yrs. and spent a couple thousand dollars here. Very frustrating. I do like Dr. Hollingsworth though....

Had my orthotics here 4 years ago and it was the literally MCDONALDS of the podiatrist. The quickest and biggest crucial examination you will ever have in your life. All he does is you need orthotics so you get to buy them eventhough you dont need them and the insurance gets involved and he gets the highest price of the service he provides with the shortest amount of time. This is the absolute Scam of custom orthotics.I had a very bad experience here and after paying 800$ for custom orthotics when i received them : oh my god i was so maddd coz the only thing was professionally done is the hard plastic bit but the comfy part of the insoles was so flimsy and cheap and glued like it came out of a kids kinder garden project.Absolutely cheap service for tons of money thats not even worth it. I dont recommend you go there based on my experience.Mcdonalds of the podiatrist.

Okay Podiatry is an important part of out lives we feel foot pain in our heels which burns due to standing or activities i have been here once and I again doctor talked to me for 10 or 15 minutes. Sir we are paying 100 atlewst we can talk for 20 minutes right ? Selling orthotics with no guarantee is disgusting secondly its firday and your hours are till 5 I came at 4.00 and you guys r closed. If you don't want to open till 5 just put your timings as 3 or 4. And 500 for orthotics is a little too much

I initially saw Dr Mohammad Shah a few months ago to get new orthotics. My problems with this company and Dr. Shah started from the time I stepped into the office. I was told my orthotics would take three weeks- after I called in three weeks to check on them they hadn’t even been ordered. So they put a rush on the orthotics and they were there the following week. In hindsight, is this why the Orthodics are so messed up? I tried to wear the orthotics for four weeks and my feet were considerably worse than when I went in initially. I went back to Dr. Shah, paid $85 for a consult where I though he would adjust the Orthodics and absolutely nothing was done. There was no adjustment to my orthotics merely the suggestion of a Cortizone shot. What was the purpose of that visit that cost me $85 ? I left there for them for another four weeks and I went back to get an adjustment. I decided that I didn’t trust this podiatrist and asked for my money back. The Orthodics were terrible, I have never had such a pain in my life. My feet are worse. And it has affected my quality of life. I cannot walk very far, I have a o r year old puppy who is not walking much at all per day. I am in pain all the time from the moment I wake up until I am icing my feet for hours on end at night. There were three people at the reception when I asked for my money back, including Dr. Shah. The one lady said that they don’t do refunds and the other lady said” I can give you back everything but the $200.” Then I was told that I needed to call Debbie the Office Manager. Debbie proceeded to say that” they don’t do refunds”. I explained the situation to her, and that I wasn’t willing, given my experience with this podiatrist and the state of my feet to let them try to fix the current Orthodics. I have called back several times and now they are not returning my calls. I am now waiting for my Orthodics to come in after getting “ an adjustment” -again I do not want the adjustment. I want my money back, which is close to $1000. Do not go to this podiatrist, as whatever he is doing is not working. I will be reporting it to the College of Physicians and Surgeon’s. There is zero customer service by everyone in the office. The phones are not answered at times as the calls just drop, or waiting over 30 minutes on hold. Absolutely brutal. I rate it less than 1 but that isn’t an option.

I took my son here for an infected ingrown toenail. I will admit, I was hesitant, based on some of the reviews, but following two visits, I can say that I am nothing but impressed with Dr. Shah and his staff. Kind, personable, and good with anxious kids!
