Went here on Monday evening. The place was packed and smell so stink. People come in groups. They don’t smell themselves to know they’re not in there house they’re among others. Omg, I wanted to vomit how these people sink up the whole gym. I know they’re used to there smell!! But my goodness that smell along will kill u especially for a person like me that is very sensitive and have allergy problems. They need a law when u going into public space to check your hygiene bf. Used roll on r perfume. Staffing is terrible even in the day. I sign up no one even show u around, but I guess this is why u paid for. This could never be Good life or other gyms I being to. You guys need to do better, it maybe cheaper but at the end of the day it’s not free it’s still money.

Environment is ok., but equipment’s are not too good.Crowd at peak times.Moreover if you cancel membership, there policy is too bad that they still charge for next 30days from the day you cancel membership.

I have been a Fit4less member for the past few years and have tried various locations in Brampton but this one is the best. This location is spacious, clean, and has working equipment.It does get busy during rush hours but can't complain about the monthly price.

It's not a bad place to come and work out if you live in the area. Just avoid going at prime hours (Mon-Fri 3-8pm) and weekends (12 - 3pm, 6-9pm) because then it's packed and sometimes you don't get to use the machines you want

The best part of this gym is that its cheap. So obviously its pretty crowded but mostly in between 3 to 8pm. Mornings i have noticed that its less crowd. Lots of equipment to choose from. All in all I'm satisfied for the amount of money I pay for membership.

Discount gym, Discount customer service?Large facility, better than average amenities (for a Fit4Less) however where it all falls short is the customer service. The customer service is supbar. Unfriendly employees who actually insult and make fun of you for not knowing equipment terminology. I asked a simple question concerning equipment and was met with disdain and giggles by clearly poorly trained employees. I would highly recommend visiting another location. For the staff, looking down on people for not knowing terminology is as bad as us who are in our careers insulting you for having a start up job. It's just bad form. For shame!

Gym is quite good and clean always you can easily get weights to do any workout without too much at peak hours

Great place to strengthen your muscles and achieve your goals. It has every single equipment which is required to train specific muscles. However, it is quite busy in peak hours.

The staff there is horrible! They are never present at the front desk even if multiple employees are working!I usually go there between 4pm - 6pm but on almost everyday they have their “Back in 4 minutes” board on the front desk but they are never back till at-least 20 minutes.The cleaning stations usually out of paper towels or cleaning liquid every at least 3 days a week!If a person forgets their pass or is there for registration, they need to wait at least 15-20 minutes for the employee to show up at the front desk. They would show up if you are having a lucky lol!

This is the worst Fit4Less I've ever been to. I have a Black Card and have been at F4L's all over the country as I travel a lot so have lots to compare it to. Weights were disorganized and all over the place, the floors were filthy and one of the toilets was backed up. I never saw a staff person the whole time I was there. What a disappointment!
