Excellent services at this clinic, professional, bright and clean- and very Covid safe!!! My 2 cats felt very comfortable here. Carley the RVT was so welcoming and friendly, and Dr. James was patient and took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. My two cats didn't even notice they got a needle poke in their back end! They left with great memories of eating lots of treats and exploring the appointment room! We will definitely be back next year for their annual vaccines!

This vet practice is great! The folks here are super friendly, and the vets take excellent care of your critters. They do their best to make the visit as stress-free and enjoyable for your pet as possible (I've seen dogs actually anxious to get INTO the examination rooms). Even my slightly neurotic cat seems okay with his visit. They are also familiar with the latest info on how to give your critters the best quality of life you can.

Dr. Vanderzon has been seeing my dogs for years. He is incredibly caring and knowledgeable, I couldn’t ask for a better vet!

I finally was able to bring both my older dog and new puppy in to see Dr. James today at KHVH and I was completely blown away by the level of care and service they provided. The ladies at the desk greeted us right away and offered love and treats to both dogs. We were weighed in and brought in right away where we saw Jade the Vet Tech, She was SO knowledgeable and thorough with her Pre exam. Dr. James was equally amazing and knowledgeable, he spoke to and treated my dogs as if they were truly his own and gave both dogs a full comprehensive exams in under 10 minutes while keeping them completely happy to be there. This was the best vet appointment our dog with high medical needs has ever had and our puppy was equally impressed. Thank you again to the KHVH Team!!

We brought our 4 month old puppy, Grey, here for all her vaccines. Every time we come we are surprised by how hands on and informative the staff is here! All the staff is wonderful, and the vet obviously loves his job and was very interactive with our puppy! Best vet we have ever been with!

We always had the best of care for our fur babies. Dr. Michael James has always given us the best of options, and always listened to our worries and concerns. Highly recommend this veterinary office and their team.

Our little Boston is always so excited when we have to pay a visit. The staff are incredible and they take such good care of our little man as if he were their own. From the get go this Veterinary Hospital offered exceptional service. A breath of fresh air as we haven’t experienced a place quite like this one. Dr. James took the time to explain everything in detail, and with such ease. I did not feel rushed at all - all KHV's staff are all incredibly lovely and accommodating. Also noticed the interaction with the other doctor who seemed just as attentive and friendly. Felt very taken care of from the start to the end. Coming home and seeing our dog in much better spirit is a relief, he did so well with their warm and caring approach. We made the right choice!
