Nancy est un cauchemar absolu

We had visited a home that we really liked in Hawkesbury - we put in an offer with conditions and decided to also list our home with Nancy Levac who was the agent that had showed us the house. What a complete nightmare! We had two opens houses in which Nancy didn't even do herself. The first time she came to our house, she also left while we were gone to walk our dog, without saying goodbye and although we had told her we just needed to take her quickly around the block - she was taking pictures and she simply left.Anyhow, we would receive text messages about how beautiful other homes in the area were - almost implying that ours wasn't worth the price. You can imagine how hurtful that is when you've put a lot of money in renovating and updating a home. She estimated the house at 700K then went to 689,900 and then asked to lower in which we did at 659,900. Much difference I'd say! 30K!One evening we are at the campground and she tried to call us and couldn't get a hold so she called my cousin. Nancy was intoxicated and was implying that we had to sign documents NOW or else we would lose our offer on the house. We could barely understand what she was saying, 3 adults listening. Her email to sign wouldn't go through and she kept sending it thinking the problem was on our side. Again, very intoxicated she couldn't understand nor speak properly. It was a complete mess to deal with her all along. She didn't do any publicity, nor open house as our Realtor and got others to do them, we asked for a photograph to come take the pictures since the one's she listed didn't do justice at all and that never happened either!! Needless to say, we we're very disappointed and I would not recommend Nancy as your Realtor. Very unprofessional.
