Had a small Reno project in my basement and rented some tools front them.Great team and very easy process for renting.They did a great job explaining about the tool and how to assemble.The return was just as easy!Needles to say, the price was absolutely affordable!

I rented a tool which was not capable enough to preform the task I needed the tool to do and unfortunately I was not able to use it. The tool was returned within 30 minutes. The rental fee was slightly discounted, credit card was still charged for the rental and was told I would have to pay replacement costs if the tool was damaged. The guys in the back shop and one of the front desk ladies were nice and friendly however the remainder of staff and management seem more focused on pushing sales, unpleasant and customer service is a low precedence at this establishment.Very disappointing..

Flew in to do some work in remote areas and needed a generator. The folks at Rogers were very helpful in getting me sorted. The generator they rented to me was in excellent condition - it was not brand new by any stretch but you can tell it was well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall great service. Too bad I live in Ontario and can't rent from them more often!! ;-)
