If you ever come across car problems on the 401 from Grafton to Port Hope, I would highly recommend you call Jim's auto. That was my family's (Husband, and 13 month daughter) situation last Friday when our car overheated just after Grafton. Jim's Auto turned a terrible situation to a minor bump on our road trip by providing a human touch. They prioritized our service and tested their fixes multiple times. All in all Jim's auto helped limiting this experience to a 2 hour and 16 minute delay with a bill much lower then anticipated. Highly recommended.

I was new to the area, someone recommended Jim's. They could have totally fleeced me on repairs as I was ready to spend, but they were very honest after performing an inspection of my suspension, and they did a great job on the work. Would definitely use Jim's services again on my vehicle.

My car broke down on the 401 outside Cobourg. Alternator went and I was towed to Jim's. Tom fit me in for repairs last minute on a Friday afternoon in the summer which was very kind given he had other cars to also repair and the garage had closed online according to Google.
