Definitely disappointed in the customer service and won't be back. When someone who is 8 months pregnant comes into your store, you could at least OFFER to help rather than standing there while I struggle to carry out several 5 gallon jugs by myself.

I went to return my water jugs and was told I get an in store credit for the deposit....I don't need the water anymore so don't need an in store credit... Plus was I allowed to write a posted cheque fot the deposit ?? Will never be using this water company again...so now I have 5 jugs that are useless to me.... there is no damage to any of them was told by them they don't do cash back... well I paid cash for the deposit they wanted that right away...

Honestly love alpine for everything, but I won’t lie I felt a little tricked with the 35$ dollar stacks that are stacked in three tiers but it’s 35$ a tier! I had already paid before I realized I paid 70$ for something that only holds two bottles…. But they have the three tier on display with a 35$ sticker….

Been going here for a while to purchase our drinking water. Prices went up recently like a lot of other places. We still like going here because the regular lady that works there (Elaine) is awesome!

It's a pretty good place, the only thing I don't like is that you gotta outright buy the big bottles rather than return them for a refill and when you don't need them anymore you can't return them to get your money back. But if you're OK with the initial cost then good.

They have fresh alkaline water with all the stuff you need to save money. Buying water in any other form is overpriced. They also have a punch card system that lets you save even more. They also have hand pumps that will get you drinking fresh water more frequently.Great store been going there for years!!

The nicest staff and the best tasting water I have tried. My family uses the Alkaline water from there it is soooooo good. They also have a after hours water vending machine on location. They also will help you bring your water jugs to your vehicle if needed and often without even asking. Very good locally owned business.
