Waited in line for 10 minutes to pay for merchandise but would not let me pay with credit card because the item was not over 10 dollars. He lost the sale.

Went at 11:30 because the sign said they opened at 11:00. But the door was locked and no one was inside. Will try again next time.

Very rude, asked if we could come in as he was opening the shop because we were due leave Ottawa to get a flight and he very rudely told us no. I would recommend finding another shop.

Very poor manners from the shop owners. I wanted to buy an item , by card, that was under 10$, he literally looked down on me as if I was less of a person and told me very coldly : we don't accept cards for sales that are under 10$ and turned his back on me. I kept browsing around anyways, and he started following me like he suspected that I might commit some theft. d to recommend this shop to friends. I will never forget the look on his face.

I visited this place on Canada Day when it was very busy. The store was very clean and everything was neatly laid out. I bought a snowglobe as a gift and was satisfied. The guy behind the counter was very polite to me.
