Prices are good, today the customer experience was not nice, there's no need to rush clients and be rude when asking for ID. There are some new customers that would feel disrespected by the manner of being treated.

Ive went there so many times, theyve said they recognize me, then the one time I wear make up and do my hair they stop me at the door, make me take my mask off, and over analyze the same passport theyve seen multiple times. There are cheaper prices elsewhere..

I’ve been a regular at the store for about 3 months now and I’ve never felt the need to go anywhere else! They consistently have the lowest prices around and employees like Karan and Ali make the experience so much better. Love the hospitality of the staff and their unparalleled knowledge and recommendations. Safe to say I’ll keep visiting for more!

WARNING!!! Do not shop here. The staff and especially Manager are completely useless. Stay clear of any advice they provide just to sell whatever they can. The incident I had was a weed pen purchased a week ago exploding in my jeans. After phoning in the staff said no problem

I recently discovered Canna Cabana, a cannabis store in Vancouver, and I'm so glad I did! They have unbeatable member prices and a huge selection of quality products. The highlight for me was the authentic original style hashish - it's the same kind of hashish our ancestors used to make by hand, and I was so excited to find it here. The staff was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, so I felt comfortable asking questions and getting advice. All in all, I'm incredibly impressed with the service and selection at Canna Cabana and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great cannabis experience!+1

Cool spot in Yaletown for cannabis products. Very sleek design and Hawaiian theme. Helpful staff who are quite passionate about their work. They have a decent range of products but wish they carried some better brands; like they have some cannabis infused beverages but none from the Truss beverages line (XMG or Mollo) which are the best.

Best in Vancouver very helpful. Unfortunately iv had one staff member ruin my opinion of the shop rude, unprofessional and simply bad customer service.When I questioned about this he went to the back and refused to then serve me.
