Chris and his team work diligently and thoroughly to get the job done. I thought I needed new brakes, he told me that he could change them but that there was still life on them. I went back a year(!) later for a tire change and that's when he said that it was time for new brakes. Chris is one of the only honest mechanics that I know and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car.

First time customer with TC. Spoke with Chris. Upon dropping my car off they immediately threw it up on a lift and did a walk through with me to evaluate things. My previous mechanic at Speedy had identified an oil pan leak and left it at that. Within 5 minutes of taking it in to TC. It was clear that yes there was a small leak with the oil pan but a much more substantial leak in the transmission oil pan.They were extremely flexible around my travel schedule, provided regular updates about the car and even identified a few things that I'll need to do in the future, but at no point tried to pressure me into doing anything unnecessary.Just drove it home from TC to home in the west island and I can say my car runs better than when I first bought it.Would highly recommend. Not to mention their pricing is half that of the BMW dealership.A+ service start to finish.

Got a very tricky water pump communication issue and they were able to locate the bad wiring, saving me a thousand dollars for a potential water pump job! Chris was easy to talk with, clear and transparent, definitely worth taking your BMW there.

***NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPEC AT ALL***I started going to this place as they were friendly and nice but lately they are being rude and aggressive. I know we all have bad days and I just ignored sometimes but my last experience was the last one I decided to pass. I simply asked for an estimate on the rear brakes and job he was jelling at me through the phone telling me that he didn't know and that he was in need to see the car so I just ignored his attitude and decide to schedule the appointment. I took the car for service and I asked again if possible to please give me an estimate I just wanted to know a price range. They deal with Bmw all the time I am sure there could be a max price for rear brakes I don't think I was asking something crazy. he started jelling at me and talking rude. so I told him sorry but there is no need to talk to my that way and he came back with even worst attitude. I told him for get about it there was no customer service respect at all. I was being very friendly and polite. they just lost a customer which he did not care at all and will lose my referrals I was sending my friends having Bmw there and referring them but for sure we will not go there anymore.

The most professional team I encountered in the automotive industry. Chris and George are highly skilled, there is no problem on a BMW they cannot solve. Clear explanations, estimations, work done on time. Only regret after selling my BMW X5 this winter is interrupting temporally the cooperation.
