Love going here, low prices and not all the work on product placment

Lots of bulk buying options here. They sell restaurant supplies and some of it is affordable enough for me to supply my kitchen with. My only issue is that some of the freezer food looks like it has freezer burn, regardless I try to always stop here when traveling through.

95% of the time stuff is in stock and And staff is usually polite and friendly.

Tried out the online order and in-store pick up. No follow up email after order confirmation. I called their customer service line and was told the order was ready for pickup. The order was not ready. Service in store was...uniquely unhelpful. They had an order a quarter complete with a different name but similar items and suggested I take what I want from the cart and go to the check out. Which sounds like something that's not online ordering and pickup. We're not able to process a refund in store or confirm no charges because their internet had problems" and they did not have the invoice. Which could have been communicated before I came to pick up the order."

Prices are fair, no longer the great value they used to be.

Not the best variety of items but usually good prices on what they have. Do need more cashiers most times I'm there.

Large selection of to go containers and food service items at very reasonable prices.

Big store. Has products not available elsewhere, like sugar free coffee syrups. Some prices are good, some prices are not. Prices are starting to rise due to shortages. Selection is not great. Try to get there before the restaurants and camp kitchens get to stocking up. Not much left after that. Good parking. Mostly. staff are not helpful, usually at check out. Makes me feel like I am interrupting them from Facebook or texting. Not sure if the savings are worth the trouble anymore.

The camp I work for gets grocery from here and they've been very accommodating with the large order. They also handle last minute changes and additions quite well too haha.
