amazing service always good with the kids

Met here for a hair consultation and she was absolutely lovely! Really friendly and down to earth! She surprised me when I asked for her advice regarding what to do with my hair as it's very unloved and not at its best and the first thing she said was 'I need to get to know you first to figure out your personality and how best to fit your hair with you' I loved that advice, for once someone actually to make the effort to understand who I was, the lifestyle I lead and my personality. I could clearly see in that instance how she has been winning the Scottish hairdresser awards for several years (I cannot remember exactly the award title but if you find this place on Facebook you will see the well deserved awards I'm talking about) she shocked me with a few suggestions such as 'blonde' and 'bob' very unlike me however I never had this hairstyle so after a few weeks of debating I will be making my appointment and braving a new look! I will update this review once it has been done!

Professional, relaxed, and great value. Having a haircut is usually a bit of a chore for me, but I came away having enjoyed a good conversation. Excellent!

Very disappointed Iam disabled in a wheelchair had an appointment today which they knew I was in a wheelchair as had a skin test taken 48 previously access from door is fine but not suitable once you are in they were more concerned about my chair coming against their counter than me it shouldn’t have been an obstacle in the first place their loss of a few hundred pound as willngobelsewherevin future that can accommodate me and other wheelchair users definitely AVOID

I had visited the salon and was made to feel very welcome, I had a consultation and patch test for my colour, on returning a few days later I had my colour and was very pleased with it, exactly what I had asked for, the salon is very modern with fantastic massage chairs really relaxing, I was chatting to Margaret the owner as I was raising money for a charity event, and she offered to help I am deeply grateful for her help in this and she agreed to help again. the salon is by far the best I have been to for the atmosphere and laughter and meeting all of the team. I highly recommend Margaret for colour .
