Good staff and quiet students. They said it is the safest school in Canada due to police on campus, wrha in Rice building, and forensic psychiatrist from st. Mary's academy

Location and security are both good. The rooms are clean and basic. There is no wifi in the rooms. Laundry facilities are on site.

I stayed here for 14 days to complete my quarantine period. Had a good experience. The bed is a bit uncomfortable but manageable.

Affordable and good location for visiting on a budget like for a conference. Dorms, but!!! You get a private bathroom!! It was also more spacious than expected for a single. The desk and chair was really nice to work on when prepping my presentation, so it was actually better than a 'normal' hotel
