Was about to leave a nice review on the service and how helpful the staff are but came across Geoffrey's review and notice that what he was saying is not true at all. I've returned stuffed there before and other eb games and from the knowledge I know the only time they don't return is for loot and toys other than that I've never had a problem so I'm assuming he was trying to return a loot or toy.

I'm actually very impressed. I'm used to some pretty mediocre EB games staff. But every experience at this location has been above average.

Store is clean, staff is friendly. I was just browsing. A well put together store

Had a hard time finding anything Sonic around town for my son's birthday. They had Sonic!

It's definitely one of my favorite places to stop in when I'm in Cold Lake. Always something there, never leave the store without buying a game. The staff are good people.

Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the games for all systems. Once EB Games switched to Gamestop the store has turned around considerably. Staff seems happier and more friendly. Inventory is more up to date with current trends and it's a pleasure to shop there. Very pleased!!!

Bought Online from ebgames.ca! Drove 30 minutes from Bonnyville to Cold lake to return an item. The staff immediately informed me that they wont accept my return. I ask for reason and he said that his district manager does not allow them to return an item in their store WOW. Called different EB stores and they accept return in their store! I bought items from amazon or any online stores and i can easily return it because that is the rights of the buyer or consumer. Manager and Staffs does not even look at the item they just made an immediate decision instantly then when ask for more reason they just told me that you cannot return it today! Such a very bad experience!

Located by Walmart in Cold Lake, small location that you could miss if you don't look.I'm sure I had an anomaly of an experience. My wife and I entered the store with the intention of buying a game for our switch. We were the only customers in the store. First thing I noticed was that nobody greeted us as we came in so I made a point to greet the two employees working.As we browsed the selection of switch games directly in front of the island where both employees were, in the 10 minutes we were looking, not once were we asked if we needed help finding anything, or asked what we were looking for.As we were leaving I made eye contact with one of the employees and told them to have a great day which prompted no response.Now having worked retail and customer service previously at a few different places I know that is not good customer service. I highly doubt that we will return.Aside from that, the store was very clean, well stocked, and presented well.
