Woofability

We were lucky to find April and Tim when we first got our dog and Woofability has been his second home since he was a puppy. He enjoys being here so much that it's hard to get him in the car to go home! It's reassuring to have people you can trust to care for your dog when you have to be at work or away. We appreciate the daily updates, the individualized care but most importantly the peace of mind knowing our dog is being well cared for.

We started taking our Border Collie Goose to Woofability just recently and have been extremely happy from day one. They are so welcoming and they greet us with a smile even when its very early in the morning. They send an update and pictures which absolutely makes my day. Our puppy who is full of energy is so content at the end of the day. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone that wants a clean, safe, professional and welcoming daycare.

We are very happy to have found Woofability. Our dog is a rescue and is shy and distrustful of other people. Tim, April and the gang made him very welcome at daycamp and after a couple of visits he started to come out of his shell and is now excited to go to camp and be with his new human and dog friends. One very nice service are the photos and update we receive when our dog is at camp so we can see how his day is progressing. April does an excellent job at teaching us how to look after our dogs. She made it look so easy in her calm manner. When we left our pup for the first time at puppy daycare, he was so excited to be with April. She sent photos to prove he was having the best time of his life! We’ve already signed up for the next level of classes. We highly recommend Woofability

April and Tim are absolutely wonderful. We use both day care and boarding services and it’s very convenient and reliable. Daisy loves Woofability and she made quite a few furry friends. I love the pictures April and Tim send every time Daisy stays with them. The dogs are in very good hands at Woofability. If you need a place for your dog to have fun while you are at work, then Woofability should be your first choice!

April and Tim are amazing! This place is fantastic. They have a well set up location and clearly love what they do. The people at Woofability are simply amazing. The thoroughness, thoughtfullness, and care put into making our dog's daycare visits is truly remarkable. Our dog has separation anxiety and we had some issues at our last daycare, and we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming, professional environment. They took great care and detail with the initial interview and set up a transitional plan that has been working wonderfully. They have amazing amenities, separate places to play for high and low energy dogs, and truly caring and highly knowledgeable staff and owners. They give great daily feedback, share the best photos, and have an easy to use online booking system that truly makes this place one of a kind. The care and attention to the dogs is their top priority and there is no pressure to book longer or more frequent stays. If you are looking for a great daycare for your dog, your search is over!

Petra has always been a super nervous dog but sending her to daycare and boarding with Tim and April has really started to bring her out of her shell. The place is really set up well for the dogs, they always seem to be having a great time. Love the daily pictures and updates letting us know how our little one is doing. I definitely recommend sending your pups to play at April and Tim's.

I have been taking Hank to Woofability for 4 months and he loves it. Being a covid baby, he has always been shy but since going to daycare he has really started to become more confident around other dogs. Tim and April take great care of all the dogs. I love that they send me an update with pictures. We will continue going to Woofability for years to come.

Shanti has been playing at Woofability for 6 years. Serious work began for Shanti & I . ..We started Service Dog Training. Shanti choose to stay over for 2 weeks for board and train. He came home to me with more obedience and clarity for Me what I needed to continue our fantastic journey together. This was overwhelming with a lot of questions I had. I choose Woofability for Service dog training, they offered a whole range of training options and a variety of methods for Shanti and I to learn. I knew that Shanti was being Trained. I Trusted April and Team to be training Shanti on a consistent basis while he was on his 2 week train & board process. April & Tim had been personally thru the BC Service Dog Training for themselves they have 2 service dogs. They knew the process and were able to answer the many questions I had. The educated and practised training we received was outstanding!!!!****the staff rock and love my little Shanti. The extra class for training ( going into busy public places, grocery stores , elevator etc training ) to integrate Shanti & I into the community with extra learning practices is worth the cost and practice. This gave US more peace of mind and an emotionally peacefully place. Woofability offers to go to the test with you and your dog. They will go the extra special mile to support the client and dog.
