Hank's Auto Wreckers

Called about a part that was showing they had on car-part.com. Seemed like I was bothering the lady that answered the phone. Told me the part was not available separately even though they have it listed as such. After providing the stock number she was able to verify it was available but they don’t ship. Why would a wrecker be on a national parts site if they don’t ship parts???

Terrible customer help line lady very rude and doesn’t take a second to listen thinks she know everything and a rip off on pricing 150 for a part that’s less then 100 from the manufacturer looking through the reviews looks like the lady is always in a bad mode bad look for a company . And you’d think the company would realize with consistent reviews. Work on your customer service be happy to help! Not a miserable lousy helper.

These guys are amazing! Found a temporary spare rim and tire within minutes of my call. The rim is made of aluminum to replace my rusting steel rim. Great service and follow up. Price was very reasonable. Recommend highly!

Andy was a great help, priced me out and fufuled an prder for a truck box, bumper taillights and tailgate, at a reasonable price. I appreciated the honesty and photos they were able to provide, they dont hide anything. They showed every scratch mark or ding down to the last stone chip. Understanding it is a fairly large order, he went out of his way to ensure all parts were as described and all in spent aproxamitley 45 minutes on the phone with me. Great service and great quality work, really appreciate the help and knowledge that andy was able to provide

Hank's Auto Wreckers really came through for me today!Bekki saw my post on FB looking for a part and within an hour had sourced the part! Amazing service! Saved the long weekend!

Just wanted to take a brief moment and share my first time experience in dealing with Hank’s.Since many long-time local GTA wreckers like North Queen and recently Cookstown have closed I used the internet to narrow down my search for a transmission. Although we travelled about 1.5 hours from Toronto we ended up have having lunch in Kitchener with friends. The entire visit to the yard including their assistance in loading the part was less than half an hour. This business operation is highly professionally organized and run, far above any auto wreckers that I have dealt with over the past 48 years. The part was clean, torque converter secured and well documented in its history and use. Josh, Shelly and Donna were very helpful with their assistance and help. Fast forward some 8 months later I was able to return the old core in Toronto.The mere fact that this option bridges the distance gap is something to keep in mind whether you picking a part or returning a core.
