Vicki Tree Yoga and Wellness

I have been practicing yoga for nearly two decades at various studios in the GTA & farther north. Vicki Tree has *hands down* always been my favourite spot, at both their old & new locations. Virginia is such a welcoming presence & knowledgeable instructor, I always leave feeling refreshed & at peace. No longer being local to the area, I still attend Vicki Tree when possible; the drive into the beautiful Horseshoe Valley forest is a treat in itself. Always an enriching experience & I highly recommend.

Amazing spot for fitness! From the moment you step in you feel welcome and energized by the friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. Can’t say enough great things about Vicki Tree. Truly a gem.

Our wedding ceremony was held at Vicki Tree’s forest plank on June 3 and I recommend this location for a wedding (or other event) without hesitation!Leading up to the day, Virginia met with us a few times to discuss the location, use of chairs and other props, timing, and for a general tour around. If you have yet to meet Virginia, you will quickly learn that she has a calming positive energy that puts you at ease. She is so helpful and is willing to answer any questions you may have.On the day, Kelley went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized, was a runner when my bouquet went to the wrong spot or people weren’t where they needed to be, and kept me company while I was waiting to go. Not expected but so very welcome!Guests fell in love with the location (and bird serenades whilst waiting) and those within a reasonable drive were talking about retreats and classes. We were going to head over to a trail nearer our house for bride and groom photos, but decided not to in the end as the trees were perfect and the lighting just right!I am so so happy that we connected and were able to be married at Vicki Tree. Thank you again to the whole team for your help, support, and great vibes!

I have had the pleasure of attending Virginia’s yoga and Upper Body Sculpt classes. The environment in her outdoor plank for body sculpt class is so invigorating and spiritual. You don’t even notice how hard you are working your body with all of the beautiful nature surrounding you. I have also attended 2 of her all day retreats and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thank you so much to Virginia for sharing her sacred space with all of us. I am immensely grateful to have such a lovely location that’s less than 10 minutes from my house. I wholeheartedly recommend Vicki Tree Wellness.

I have been to many a yoga studio, but it is hard to compare to Vicki Tree. Virginia takes time to get to know each and every one of her yogis and the entire experience is always relaxed and calming!I cannot wait to see the new place in all its glory!

Stunning facilities nestled in the forest for a truly unique experience! The Outdoor Plank for workouts and yoga is one of a kind. Definitely recommend any of the classes offered by Virginia and her team; from Spin and Yoga, to Retreats and Run Groups. A well organized and beautiful spot to workout or unwind.

Even before my first yoga class started, I felt a beautiful sense of calm as I walked through nature to arrive at the Forest Plank". I have participated in a one day wellness retreat
