I found that for shirts, I had to call ahead for my size...XL. for the colour and pattern that were common on the slim fit tables.

Slowest service ever. Only 2 sales staff and they took forever to cash out one customer. We were in line for 1hr.

The staff were great during my visit, especially since this was the third store I'd been to for what I needed. I was very pleasantly surprised with the modern designs they have! I was taken aback to hear another customer going on about teaching the staff a lesson though, very entitled sounding but the staff were professional about it.

We had an awesome experience today while shopping for my son’s grad suit. We had the best customer service from Summer, she was so helpful and you could tell she loved her job and helping people find the best suit for them.

Unfortunately we had a negative experience here. The cashier, Sara L. was very rude to us, there was no professionalism or basic friendliness whatsoever. The staff desperately needs training on how to speak with customers. We felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome in this store. Won’t be returning.

Awesome experience with a lady named Sara L . She was great to deal with . Very polite and customer service focused , we went into this location looking for shirts and ties and ended up getting our whole weddings suites . Highly recommend .

We bought three suits from Sherwood Park Tip Top tailors and had a horrible experience with Sarah L. She fitted us for our suits and every single one of them was ordered wrong. She then proceeded to blame my fiancé for the mistakes that were made when ordering the suits. She also seemed to not care about the quality of service she was demonstrating, very entitled.
