This experience was absolutely amazing!! If I could give 10 stars I would! They were just about to close but still let me order and dine in, they were CLEAN and the food was incredible! I highly recommend!!!

I love Boustan's. Such a great chain and the food is always amazing. As someone who used to work in fast food and fast pace environment, I believe they might need a revamp of their counters and their system of food prep. It takes way too long to get food. It seems disorganized. Ive been to a few Boustan's and this one in Kirkland takes the longest to prepare food. This is my opinion. To each their own. It's no chill that you have to wait almost 20 minutes for your order. If you order on Uber or door dash it takes more than an hour for you to get your order to your door.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful when I placed my order, which really added to the overall experience.What really stood out to me was the freshness of the ingredients. The meats were cooked to perfection and the vegetables were crisp and perfectly seasoned. I was especially impressed with how well everything held up during the drive home.

This was my first and last time here. The man who is making the sandwich had a disrespectful attitude. I was waiting for him to get served because he was not at the counter.When he came to the counter, he served 2 people who came after me; he didn’t even look at me although I was first in line. When it was my turn, he already dressed my sandwich and asked me if I wanted it « spicy ». He didn’t even ask me what I wanted in the sandwich and he never apologized for skipping me. The Boustan at Fairview is way better and has a friendlier service.

What happened? $20 chicken shawarma had hardly any chicken, almost all dark meat. A few chewy parts (bones?)Any salad other than coleslaw extra.Won’t be back.

Love the food and service.Atmosphere is ok... it's fast food...One interesting thing is now they are adding a tip option when you pay. Not to pick on Boustan I am seeing this more and more everywhere.
