Went to upgrade my phone on 10/21/22 and Jakob and Hussein were absolutely amazing. They worked extremely hard through some technical system issues to get me the best plan possible. I would recommend anybody to go here, and I will be recommending this place and this team to all of my family and friends. Thanks a lot for your help, guys!

I was there to upgrade my phone and my husband's. What a great group of employees. Jakob was AWESOME !!!!! super nice and professional and he knew his stuff. He was so helpful. He looked for the best options and plans to upgrade too and at the end of it my plans still remained right around the amounts I was paying before the upgrade and I got a nice new Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. I will definately visit this location again in the future. Keep up the great services !!

My daughter and I stopped in to see about upgrading her phone as hers was no longer working. I have a corporate plan so I wasn't sure anyone could actually help us. Once in the store, Hadi was incredibly helpful and made it clear that he was going to get us the best price he could. After a bit of time he had secured a better plan that was cheaper than what she was paying. All with a new phone and an awesome freebie. Jakob was incredibly nice too. Thanks so much! Hadi is amazing and truly understands customer service.

I am writing to share my excellent experience with Rogers on Tecumseh! Firstly, their COVID protocol is the BEST I have experienced. I was given an appointment at an established time, identified myself at the door and sat at an appropriate social distance. Next, the staff Alissa and Kyla were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was asked about my my needs with a phone and given options and the costs involved. Alissa’s assistance and guidance were incredible and I was able to make my choice of a new phone with greater confidence. Alissa made the transition to my new phone smooth and easy. She set everything up, explained the components of my new phone which gave me better insight into how it operated. If you want excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff and to feel safe during COVID restrictions, don’t hesitate to contact this store. It’s your best choice!!!

These two staffers were both total pros during my interaction with them today. I was upgrading my hardware and the Rogers backend system was causing some issues. Jakob was tremendous with calling into corporate to get the best deal available for me.Special note for his co-worker who had a total jackass barge into the store. Company policy is for customers to show ID to prove they live in the area and this idiot refused to and then threatened physical harm to the staff but both gentlemen remained professional and calmly removed said jackass from the store.I would absolutely do business at this location again.

Tony + Hadi are incredible employees. Took their time explaining everything to me and helping me find the right plan. So happy I made the switch to Rogers and probably wouldn’t have without those 2

Upgraded phone with Jakob and Hadi. They were absolutely awesome. Very helpful and they look out for your best interest. Highly recommended!! If only customer service was that great everywhere!

The associate named Leaf is useless and made me come back and still didn't help. Said I would have to come back again.The other guy working was no help either.They were too busy chatting.I would never send co-workers there!! Try another store.Terrible attitude by both.This was the tecumseh rd east location.

I would give 6/5 stars if possible. I am a new Rogers customer and I had an issue with getting my wife's and mine cell phones switched over to Rogers. After 3+ hours on the phone with tech support it was finally suggested I go to a Rogers store and have the reps change out my SIM cards with new ones. I arrived without an appointment but was greeted by the friendly staff and scheduled for a 11:00 appointment the same day. Eric was fantastic to deal with. He issued me (2) new SIM cards to try out. They didn't work at first but he didn't stop trying. He suggested I contact Samsung which I did and they were able to unlock my phones and make them work on Rogers. That save me from having to buy (2) new phones. In addition, Eric noticed I was eligible for a free tablet with my new plan and set it up for me without any charges. I had nothing short of a great experience out of a situation that could have gone very badly. Eric Leckie was fantastic and a great person to deal with.Thanks!
