Order the laminate counter top for my customer. After 2 month my customer called me and informed me there are some problems with the counter top. Call the owner and he told me: there is no warranty for their product and installation. Don't buy from them unless you are ok with a company provide no warranty for their work.

They were short-staffed. I was looking for countertops and had to get an estimate from one of the people in the workshop. I do not blame him for not having any customer service skills. The guy was rushed and told me to be quick with my questions. I was annoyed when he commented that me riding a motorcycle meant I had money and implied that I should not worry about how much it should cost. This when I wasn't even negotiating.

Taj are definitely tops on my list for quality , price and timeliness . You won’t find better value and quality in the lower mainland …full stop. Easy guys to work with.
