Dollar Tree

This store is disgusting, filthy, shelves are empty. You are lucky if you can find a cart, they are overflowing with products in a corner. Staff are very unprofessional and you have to be very careful walking so you don't trip over boxes and products on the floor. Very sad, this used to be such a good store. Where is the management?

As soon as I stepped into the store I smelled a terrible stench. The whole store reeked like rotting food and liquid diarrhea. There was a musty sensation in the air that made me gag. The floors were unimaginably disgusting. There were stains that looked like those similar to bodily fluids, and smelled like them too. There was built up dust and brown chunks on the floor and it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Everything was unorganized. I walked down one isle and there was a worker pretending to organize but she was really just picking up items and putting them back in the same place. She was definitely getting paid by the hour! Went to the till to checkout. There was a man infront of me who asked for some balloons to be blown up. The unprofessional woman working the till shut down to tend to the man. There was a whole line up. I’m not a genius but I know for sure that other dollar trees have workers specifically for balloons, and sure as hell down leave a whole lineup waiting. After 10 minutes of waiting, I abandoned my items and left. When I walked back to the doors to leave, I looked into the dollar tree to see the woman who was behind me was just getting checked out. It had been 30 minutes. If I ever saw my employees working so disgracefully, they would be fired on spot. If I owned that mall, I would be so terrified of the disgusting floors, shelves, smell and workers that I would be physically repelled from the store itself.

Yesterday bought a crackers , and the test was so bad , I got sick , then took a look at the production date saw number 20148, was it produced in Aug 2014 ? Hopefully will recover ... But thinking to bring this product for quality check

Store smells like chemicals… could barely breath after being in the store for 3 minutes… had to leave. I feel bad for the staff who have to work in these terrible conditions.

found the store neat and not smelling at all .Also found a coffee drink there called Mr Brown .bought 2 and try them today. very good. now to go back and get more .good staff .out of 10 .i can find my items there

Great store it would be 100x better if they got some self checkout options like other stores. Also if they sold cold food! And more carts! The staff use the carts and leave none for customers. Most of the staff are nice but one in particular needs to be retrained in customer service. (Brenda) She talks about inappropriate subjects with customers and makes them uncomfortable. She complains about other employees to customers and she tells people she doesnt have time to deal woth their issues (customers) I've experienced it and witnessed it.

Absolutely filthy and boxes everywhere. How sanitized is this place if they can't keep the basic store clean?

We are always so thrilled by the caring nature of the staff, particularly because our son has such severe disabilities. The store is such fun and he's always keen to interact and be interacted with. It is beyond friendly and the merchandise is always so well presented. Thank you for your service. We always look forward to the next time we visit!

This place is great for crafts and projects with the kids.
