Yesterday I grabbed a sub from the Rideau mall location, and was appalled when I bit down into something sharp and hard, only to pull a metal rod out of my mouth. Luckily for me it didn't damage my teeth or harm me in anyway, but this could have been a lot worse. The staff at the Rideau location showed minimal concern and proceeded to give me a hard time when I asked for a refund. This display of customer service is not okay and is subject for concern.

Absolutely disgusting food prep area. I do not know how the city has not shut them down yet for health concerns. Plus the staff, right in front of your face, is complaining as to why people are still coming right before closing. It was 8:20 p.m...... last I checked you closed at 9:00 p.m.

The small brunette girl on cash was awful. She was very rude. I asked for a combo after she told me my order (never asked if i wanted a combo) and got angry at me. Very uncomfortable experience. I mistake on my debit and she rolled her eyes and sighed. She then proceeded to angrily punch the screen to restart the debit. Will not be returning if I see her working.

Cheap owner charging .25 per sub bag. Saw the sign laughed and walked out. I wasn’t going to pay a 1.50 for paper bags.

Saturday September 12 Rideau center Asked if they would honor my coupon on the Sub of the day. Buy 6inch and get the another free. $4.49. Girl showed coupon to other staff member and got green light. At the cash the cost was $7 and change. I questioned the price because $4.49 plus tax is $5.07. Young man named Noah came from the back and said that in his system the actual price was $4.29 and with tax around $4.75. I said that's great. He continued on to say the coupon wasn't applicable and if I wanted the Sub I'd have to pay the $7 plus. I told him that I was told at the beginning yea and given the green light for the Sub and he said too bad. I said that I didn't want it at that price. He picked it up and said that's on you" and tossed it into the garbage and returned to the back. I said to the now rude counter help that I wanted his name and the name of the person that he answers to. I was told security had been called. After 15 minutes he gave me a paper with an email address that was unreadable.This wouldn't be the face of my employee.Very rude.Whatever happened to the customer always being right.They should've honored the agreement.Of the 3 employees Noah would be gone as well as the girl on the cash. Rude to a fault.The phone number online doesn't have a mailbox setup to respond to inquiries.I'm glad that I can have a voice here.They didn't deserve a star.NOAH. I hope you get canned for your smugness and start showing respect to your elders.Lost Customer"

Last saturday i went to the subway restaurant after shopingI must say.. that this restaurant is one of my favorits yet.. the service of that day i will reamber. There was quite a few peoples, trough they forgot to warm the stake in my friends order. We askted to warm it up a little waiting in line and add pickles and they refused. I tought the clients always come first. It was a small request. And the stake should always be served warm. The meat at leace.

The team at this location is lovely!They always greet me with a smile, even when it's a crazy line and they're having a big rush. A special thank you to Lauren, Simran, and Patrick who are almost always around, and always amazing! I always leave happier than I showed up, thanks y'all!!

I went the other day with my friend. The employee who served us was very friendly and helpful. She made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it and Overall was a 10/10 experience I believe her name was Marie. She's truly an exemplary Worker.
