I worked with Kitty when she did a large decal on my business window. I had been in touch with 2 other businesses in Airdrie and was grtting frustrated with how slow they were in responding to my inquiries. Kitty was quick to respond, courteous, and her prices were great. She stands by her work as well, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend her!

I ordered a pair of custom boxers for a friend through Kitty. I thought it would be an easy local alternative to the boxers that I ordered for my bf from China.If I knew ahead of time that the experience ordering from China would have been better one, I would have ordered from them again. The order that I placed with Kitty took over a month to receive and when I did receive the boxers the quality and print of them were so bad that I was embarrassed to even gift them. The print she got me to approve looked nothing like the product that I received. The boxers were thin and see through. The print was terrible with plenty of imperfections. The color was way off, the black looked like blue and purple, the red was orange. I had requested my money back as I did not want to wait another month for bad quality boxers and have not heard anything back, totally ghosted. I would not recommend Kitty and will not be a returning customer.
