this place is by far worse than Rent All Super Centre, as there staff and prices of stuff are not worth your hassle

The staff at this location are incredibly amazing. They really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.I have been a customer for years and the quality of items I have received is also NOT sub-par! No one ever knew where I got my items from they couldn’t tell I didn’t by them myself from the local store.In addition, due to circumstances beyond my control - I found myself struggling to be able to afford keep my items - the staff all worked tirelessly with me to find a plan that worked for MY needs at the time.If you find yourself unable to get items the traditional way - this is the branch I recommend you go to - hand down.

I’ve dealt with this store since the one in portage la prairie closed.I’ve had issues with warranties they had my washing machine for over a year brought it back and it was not fixed sent it back to them. And it still took months for them to fix it. I currently just give up with them. They told me I had a credit on my account and I wouldn’t have to pay. They kept taking payments and now say I never had one and my buy out payment amount from May 5 was 228 today I was told it’s 226 and they been taking my payments soo how did it only go down 2 dollars in a month. Woman blamed a trainee. Soo I suggest always talking to a manager or going instore for your records Never again with these people

Got a BBQ from here at an OK price all things considered. The delivery was prompt and the guys even set it up for me.EDIT: After purchasing a fire place TV stand from this company, I've been paying on time every single month as I always have for the duration of dealing with this company. Recently my vehicle had been broken into all my I.D and bankcard was stolen so I had to cancel My bank card. I informed them I'd be in to pay because my card was cancelled and 3 days after this THEY SEND A REPO MAN TO MY HOME. I'm a single mother sleeping in on my only day off of work when this guy from there knocks on my door telling me I owe them money. At first I was half asleep and shook but now I'm only angry. What a way to treat your customers who actually pay.

DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE!UNPROFESSIONAL THIEVES!Told me I was accepted, made me pay for the item, than after taking my money told me I wasn’t accepted and that they needed a number from my landlord so they could speak to them, after I refused to give them my landlords number (because it’s none of his business) they told me I couldn’t get my item, and now I’m being ignored and I’m not getting my money back, I will be sending my experience to headquarters! Posting on multiple accounts to get my message heard.

AVOID THIS STORE AT.ALL COSTS.Manager REFUSES to deliver my products, cleared out room and threw out my mattress and box spring for them to cancel last minute, now I am out of a bed and a box spring due to the snow fall. A few weeks ago I had to reschedule delivery andTESSA or TESS told me to lock my 2 and 3 year old kids in a room while they delivered.my products that day. Was able to talk to a manager and reschedule my delivery for.tpday (April 16), they said they would be here shortly after they opened. I call at 10 asking where they are, they said they were coming out in 45 mins.. then they call at 11:30 saying they are canceling my.delivery and denying my application, now I am out of a bed and boxspring. I applied almost a month ago this is ridiculous.This place is super unprofessional.AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!

If you have a fair credit rating you can forget about this place. I was told to reapply only to get the same denial once again. That's 2hrs of planning orders I can't get back plus the false hopefulness I had to endure again. B.Sango

Have a wish or a dream and been looking for prices to go down so you can buy it. You can rent to own they have amazing staff. You have John always happy and bubbly to help you out and you have amazing Ashley to get the loan amount you need and both will go to bat for you. They report to the credit bureau on a regular basis so you can improve your credit score. Need a Defferal and life happened amazing John is your guy he makes it easy and painless and stress free to get a deferral. I would recommend easy home to anyone I have paid off two loans and on my third and been customer for 5 years and really happy. Way to go Mcphillips 403. Keep up the great work.

Employees have no knowledge of what they are selling. was told im going to get i7 PC and recived a extra slow I3 pc was asking if i can get what i was told i was going to get. but they said i knew what i was getting and now stuck with a useless item because they have employees that know nothing of the products they are selling. kids straight from garden city and west k work here
