This is my first experience renting an apartment in Edmonton and I am very happy to receive quality service from Sean. Thanks to the manager Sean, I was very supported and helped a lot with the quick signing of the lease and the moving procedure. He is a very informative and friendly manager who is the best in his field.

I’ve been dealing with Race for about 10 years on and off, Aaron was very attentive when he managed my room rentals and even showed up in a moments notice to deal with tenants issues, however when room prices in Fort Mac dropped we had to part ways for a few years.Now I’m dealing with Sheri for a different unit and she has been fantastic in regards to communication, coordinating with contractors for getting the unit ready to list, informed me of opportunities to save money if I wanted to do some repairs myself, let me know of viewings taking place and any concerns going in (driveway needed to be shovelled a couple times).Also regarding some previous bad tenants I had who were several months behind on rent I decided to evict (not managed by race) Aaron has offered to help me start the process of recovering those funds. I look forward to dealing with Aaron again.5 stars hands down

Same story as other renters in the reviews namely Thomas and Carol. Race real estate is not returning our deposit back to us, ALTHOUGH we've been through the courts and they've been ordered to pay us. They continue to ignore the Order that was granted and continue to ignore our requests for the funds we are owed!!! If you are a tenant looking to rent DO NOT RENT with any property that uses race real estate. They will make you responsible for everything that a landlord should care for AND keep your damage deposit in full. Absolutely horrendous, most unprofessional company.Not to mention that we moved out because they decided to sell the property we lived in 7 whole months before our lease was actually up. If I had one word to describe them it would be: Greed!

I recently visited Edmonton with my family and am very happy with our new home and thank you Sean for helping us choose! We selected the best option for our request in a short time! Thank you and recommend!
