Tried reaching out to Moonlight Wedding Decor multiple times via e-mail and text. I sent the original e-mail and waited patiently as I know wedding season was extremely busy and wanted to be understanding and respectful of the companies time. After a couple weeks, I sent a follow up e-mail and still no response. After sending my third e-mail, I decided to go on social media and see what other contact methods were provided. I decided to WhatsApp message them and still received no response. 5 days later I followed up and finally received a response and the individual asked for my e-mail address and name. I gave the requested information almost immediately, and then was left on read. No response and no explanation. I then followed up again to see if they had a chance to look into it and was left on read again. Extremely unprofessional, and I can't imagine working with a wedding vendor with such unreliable communication. I would NOT recommend this vendor to any friends or family. Quality of work n Instagram looks good, but I wouldn't have any peace of mind dealing with them.

We had an excellent experience when we hired this company. They were open to ideas and were able to provide imput based on their expertise. Our event was decorated beautifully and we wouldn't have changed anything. Thank you.

Parm did an amazing job seeing us through from the day of our consultation till the entire week of our wedding. She was easy to communicate with and very flexible. We received endless compliments from our family and friends and couldn’t have been happier with the end results.

We hired Moonlight Wedding Decor for our Sangeet/Reception/home decor. From the beginning, we were impressed by their portfolio and professionalism. We live in another city and were able to discuss everything we wanted remotely. We were so happy to see our vision come to light for each of our events and couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Moonlight also interfaced with our other vendors to setup exactly what we wanted.They also went above and beyond when the vendor for our wedding decor fell through the night before our wedding. We were devastated and asked Moonlight to step in, who worked all night to setup a better mandap and centerpieces than we had initially envisioned. This team literally saved our wedding! I couldn't believe how much they were able to pull off at such a last minute. I highly recommend Moonlight Wedding Decor!
