Last weekend we ate here and the portion is fair and small. Although the chicken is juicy and not dry. There mac and cheese is really good and perri fries are good.

Love the way they arrange the store, menu and give lots of options! My kids love the self-serve fountain drinks! We got take-out and the staff pleasantly greeted us while we were ordering. However when we used a coupon, the service quality suddenly dropped and soured our experience which was unfortunate. They even forgot the peri-peri sauce we asked for. Please change that.

Food is great. Staff is great. Owner is a grumpy old man who single-handedly ruins the experience. This location could be 4-5 stars without him in the equation. Been going here for nearly 10 years now, dude has only been spiraling downwards and acting less professional as time goes on. Will routinely try to take your order while he’s talking on the phone. I’m not saying he’ll put them on hold, I’m saying he will literally be having a conversation on the phone while you place your order with him. Won’t even look at you while doing it. Needs things repeated. Messes up the order. Acts irritated and rude when you point out said mistakes and has had the audacity to tell us “you should have said that when you ordered” when we DID, he just didn’t hear us because he was yapping on the phone the entire time we placed our order. I genuinely feel bad for those beneath him at this location.. I can only imagine how they are treated.

First time here and the experience is quite nice. The place is good and chicken is fantastic! Price is ok for the taste. Will surely come again!

Food was delicious. Service was awful. Waited in line (which is fine). Just before it was my turn to be served a man walked in the store, also waiting. When it was my turn to be served the cashier looks over at the man (Not a Skip or Uber Eats driver), asks him what sauces he wants and gets his order. I had already ordered online and could see my food sitting there. Apparently if they know you there you get good served before other customers. (About 5:30 PM Friday Apr 21 - teach your team to respect the line up and not serve their friends ahead of other customers who they have no idea about yet cause they haven't been asked)

This location was clean and food tasted great as always! Jack and his staff were extremely polite and friendly. I bought one of the little desserts and he threw in an extra for my coworker! Will be back soon.

Friendly service. Tasty chicken. Bit pricey. Love their fountain drinks but that machine was broken at the time. Ordered a whole chicken to share with two regular sides (fries and coleslaw) and a large side (macho peas).

Went here with my brothers a couple of weeks ago.The service was incredible! We sat on the patio and the staff made sure we had everything we needed, brought the food to our table and checked in on us.Best experience at Nandos I’ve had! I wish I got the names of the people working there so I could personally thank them because they went above and beyond our expectations.Thank you for the incredible food and hospitality.
