Most dysfunctional organization I have ever dealt with. Do not return phone calls, do not follow up and Doctors are making excuses for this organization.

They can't even show up on time for a routine injection on a chemo patient. We were told she needs to get to a clinic if she needs something at a set time.

If you value your health or that of your loved ones, I am BEGGING you to stay FAR AWAY from this company. Completely unprofessional staff who don’t care about anything besides making money and poorly running their bureaucracy - I received medications 6 hours late, 5 hours early, and (most often) the nurses failed to show up at all, without warning. I don’t understand how people who are connected to the medical field can be so heartless.

If I could give them no stars I would. They only care about the money my mother and my dad's palliative dr can't even get a simple phone call from my dad's caseworker. They all should be fired. This is pretty much elder abuse and neglect

Helpful on a Sunday afternoon during Covid! Needed help getting a local family doctor in addition to my neurologists in case of non emergency needs of my son or me.

We had a great experience. Anna was absolutely amazing and helped me and my family get a great family doctor. They stayed is contact with us and are very compassionate people. Thanks for all the assistance Anna.

This organization is a complete joke. All they do is stall needed care for sick patients. These patients end up in the ER again and this in turn is a major impact on our depleting ohip system.

Don't call at lunch time or coffee breaks! Long wait and will get transferred to different depts. Kept getting transferred and on hold. After almost 15 min wait (14 min 24 sec), 3rd dept (did not identify herself or her dept and very curt on phone) did not update file as to reason for my call but did provide me with another agency number to call. Glad I did not have to talk to her. Different depts did not appear interested in helping. Need to be persistent if you need services. Do your homework, get informed and be more knowlegeable so you can question what you are being told by different depts. Make sure reason you are calling is entered on their file otherwise there will be no evidence you called esp if your situation is critical..hopefully next time I call I will not be passed from dept to dept only to be on hold again....
