I've had an excellent experience with the customer service rep at the cik store. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any technical issues.

I have been with this company since 2014, I have seen there were lots of ups and downs with the company, but as the time passing this company really doing very good, its beyond my expectations.Recently I had a problem with internet, until the problem is resolved their technical team were calling and following up.Good work CIK technical team, its really appreciated.And Thank you for your support.

I had a few issues with my modem when I first signed up with CIK , but their customer service team at this store was incredibly helpful in getting it resolved quickly.

Absolutely horrendous service and support. Before you sign up with this company, call their support number. BE WARNED do NOT trust any company that does not offer post-billing. The reason they want your information on file is so they can cheat you and put the onus on you to fight for your money back.I am moving out of region - they are claiming they left a router with me which they DID NOT - I declined it when signing up, and declined it and sent it back with the installer. I use work-specific equipment and in my history with ISP's I have NEVER used or accepted an ISP provided router unless the modem was built into it and there was no choice. Now that I'm moving and cancelling, they are claiming I need to return this fictional device and they are threatening to charge me DESPITE the fact that I have 2 other witnesses that were present when I declined to accept the router! I only needed the MODEM (Fibre Media Converter) and nothing else beyond that which is still here.BE VERY CAREFUL - this company will refuse to remove your payment details from their files. I had to contact my bank to advise them (I have sent correspondence to corroborate everything because thankfully I keep accurate and detailed notes around things like this).Terrible support, terrible staff attitude - literally scraping the bottom of the barrel. I'm glad to be dropping this service.As far as I am concerned, this company cannot be trusted. Check the 5-star reviews, the majority of them are FAKE (search the review submitters and look at their history).

Took my kids to play with the claw machine for free. Awesome to let the kids have some in the store. The clerk was really friendly too.

Extremely annoyed with the customer service department!! I spoke to so many different agents and none cannot resolve my problem!! First day of service and I’m super annoyed!!

It’s the most pathetic service. We had issues with the internet and we changed it. Not only that the customer services were not helpful either. We returned all the items they gave us ( which we had to deliver ourself, they don’t even provide a label and also if not returned in xyz time they’ll charge you) during the installation and they issued us a ticket saying an item is missing where as a photo image is shared with them that shows that item is inside that box.When speaking to the agent they don’t know anything and blame different departments. With whom you can’t even connect to. Very very disappointed.
