Josee is just the sweetest and she is quite adorable! Very friendly, funny, and professional. She always ensures that you're comfortable, takes her time, and always listens to your needs. She does an amazing job! The rest of the staff is also very friendly and full of smiles. The environment is also very clean, and the staff takes great measures to ensure the health safety of their clients. Very happy with the service :)

Josée Lemieux est vraiment professionnelle et son travail est très bien fait. Je la recommande à tous ceux qui pensent à un maquillage permanent. Elle a fait mes sourcils en 3d et le résultat est superbe.

Je la recommande à tous le monde ,sympathique on peux lui faire confiance les yeux fermée..moi j'ai fait faire mes sourcils sont super beau pas de regret ,je l'ai découvert sur YouTube quand je l'ai vu j'ai dit c'est elle qui fait mes sourcils pas de regrets...j'en parle à tout ceux qui veulent faire un soin...

I wish someone had told me about this place before I came here. I went in there with a bunch of great reviews from her assistant. I was told eighty percent of my hyperpigmentation could be removed with two sessions. Two months later plus, I knew there was something wrong and I went to get others opinions in the field. The answers I got were devastating. She pressed so hard it caused me damage and more hyperpigmentation. she never did a patch test , something most do to make sure the color matches and that the person could handle the technique. she never did either, instead she did the work in twenty minutes and left me on my way.Now, I have to get the color removed and the pigment out with the help of a dermatologist. She refunded me when I confronted her about her work. Scar camouflage takes a lot of skill and practice. If its well done, the risk of hyperpigmentation and scarring is minimal and if the color is chosen well and slowly , it should match well.Very few pictures of her work on her site which now is alerting to me so please if you decided to do this procedure, do your research and make sure you will get the right color and care you deserve. My pictures tell a story and I am currently in treatment to fix it. I am sure a response to this will be done in their favor but there is no excuse for this work.
