This is easily my favourite bubble tea place in town—there's so much selection, and the teas are always incredible! I love the jasmine green tea and the oreo milk tea especially, but honestly the quality is consistent across every drink I've tried. The pearls are lovely as well, a little on the sweeter side just the right amount in my opinion. The service is always great too—they're always super friendly!

A large selection of different drinks and even bubble waffles. Wait time wasn't long at all, and the staff is super friendly. The interior was also very pretty and inviting.

Everytime i come to this place i feel like i am so special. Staffs are very friendly, happy, courteous. What i love to buy here is the avocado slush and it’s sooo good and with very good toppings of your choice.. When you come here and buy the next time they will remember your order. Isn’t that cool? Every time i step out the doorway i always have a good smile. I love telling my friends how good is their avocado slush and how happy those people serving you here, Its fantastic.

I love this place with friendly stuff and crazy tasty London Fog tea (it worth to try for sure)Highly recommended for cup of tea/coffee and pleasure meeting.

Best bubble tea I’ve ever had in my life!!!!The fresh taro latte is definitely worth trying. It tastes way better than the powdered taro you find at other places. Some of their lids also come with a cap on it so I could shake the brown sugar around and their bubbles are just the right texture. Love this place!

How did a regular bubble waffle now cost $7.75 plus tax ? Total rip off from $4.99. I WILL NOT BE BACK FOR ANYTHING FROM HERE. I’m going to GongCha instead. Your loss.
