COVID-19 Assessment Centre

Fast, efficient and professionally done. Had a test around 11am on a weekday, not too busy. Will be going back here for test #2!

Staff working there are great but the wait times are ridiculous!! 3 1/2 hours waiting in my car to get a test when I have symptoms and dont feel well. Called first to book an appointment and the first available was Oct.8 (13 days later!) How can contact tracing be done when you dont get results until after 14 days?? The Government needs to fix this NOW!

Came in for a covid test, after it was inserted I felt an unusual amount of pain (not discomfort, pain) and told the lady to take it out. She kept spinning it so i told her to get it the f out. I was also screaming in pain at the time. They told me im not allowed back because i was causing a disturbance. If anyone knows how I can file a formal complaint I would appreciate it.

DON'T THROW OUT THE BRACELET FROM THE APPOINTMENT.My health card had expired within the time period in which the Provincial government announced that expiry dates would be extended. However my test results WOULD NOT update on the provincial online portal when logging in with my health card information. I was stuck waiting for in isolation for 8 days until I reached out to St. Mary's hospital requesting a release of information. It was through there I realized it identified me through the ID numbers that were on the bracelet. I assumed the bracelet was similar to that which you receive at a hospital.I had followed the region's guideline for requesting information if I didn't hear back after 5 days since the test by contacting the test centre or my doctor for result updates. My doctor's office had no information, and the test centre refused to take calls about result updates.Nobody at the test centre told me to hang on to the bracelet even after the receptionist rudely pointed out that my card had expired. I even mentioned about the extended expiry and she had no response after that. The security guard at the door and nurses there were pleasant to speak to however.

Staff is very nice and they explain everything, the only thing I didn't like is having to change my mask when I walked through the door, this is a covid testing center and covid is air bound. So I went back outside to change my masks yes mask(s).. I have already had covid and it's not something that I want again.. as someone that has already had covid might suggest placing a new mask over top of one you are currently already wearing .this way the elderly lady that is having a hard time with the new mask isn't being infected cause her hands don't allow her to put it on and off as quick as the rest if us

Don't know what others are saying about 3.5 hours...I called in, asked for an appointment, booked the 1pm-2pm slot, showed up at 1:30, was in by 1:45, and out by 2:15. 45min total, and that was with a car load of people showing up just before.Friendly staff, should be rated higher.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the results came early the next day. The nurse was absolutely wonderful. He made my three-year-old feel completely comfortable. My child even kind of enjoyed the novelty of the experience. I will only go to this location from now on for all Covid tests.

I understand now that all testing centres are by appointment only, but it definitely would have helped the public if your voicemail message did not still say walkins welcome" and the sign on the door did not make it sound like booking appointments online was optional. I understand the system is overloaded

I booked my appointment at 830am for 945am appointment time. I got there at 940 and was out by 955. The nurses and the security were fast and efficient and very friendly.
