Robert Reeves Watch Repairs

I recently had my Rolex GMT master 2 repaired and serviced by Robert Reeves. I was very impressed with the personal and friendly service provided by Robert and Margaret, also the very detailed and interesting information on the watch provided by Robert.The finished result was fantastic my 1996 watch looked and performed like new, and has kept perfect time since. I would thoroughly recommend using Robert Reeves to anyone for quality watch repairs and servicing.

I needed to update the insurance value for my watches and that needed a thorough evaluation and disassembly of the watch. Robert was easily able to do this and then give an appraisal of the watch, bracelet, movement, box and papers and back this up with a comprehensive written report and pictures. I have no hesitation in recommending Robert to anyone needing watch repairs or valuations. He also at the same time repaired my other half's TAG Heuer Aquaracer, being an authorised TAG technician with access to OEM parts. Brilliant service!

Robert recently serviced two Rolex Submariners, a non date & a date version, for me. I booked the service, sent the watches, and had a chat with Robert to tell him what I wanted done. I have had my Rolex Submariner serviced twice by Robert Reeves and my wife has had her Rolex serviced and also had the bracelet repaired on another occasion. On all occasions everything was excellent, Mr and Mrs Reeves are extremely polite, friendly and knowledgable and I would recommend them without a second thought. My husband was really thrilled to get his Rolex GMT1 watch serviced and returned after 2 years of not wearing it due to a faulty winder. Not only is it working beautifully but it looks like new!
