I came for a sin number change. The staff was very friendly. They even helped me with printing the document in their office. And my work was done within 10-15 min.

The security guard tried to force us into wearing a mask, even though we are both medically exempt. We refused to wear a mask and we were told to wait outside beside the elevators in order to be served. We arrived at 5:30am and held spots 4 and 5; we made sure that we weren't bumped down in the line as we sat by the elevators maskless. We were served by a wonderful individual named Ashley." She didn't discriminate against us and was super pleasant and we were out by 9am. When it comes to the masks stand your ground and say NO

Arrived early. Doors near parking garage open first at 8am. This location opens at 8:30am on Friday. First in line and was in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks to Martin for great customer service.

I was so concerned about the wait, but it wasn't bad at all. I arrived at 8:15, I had about 20 people ahead of me. Doors opened at 8:30 and the line moved smoothly. I was done by 9:00. Park in the fist level of the parking garage and the doors into the mall are right there, a 1 minute walk to Service Canada office. I had to pay $4 for parking. Fantastic service!!

The staff is very helpful, very friendly, very professional and they provide very fast service. They should be shown an example in Service Canada/Kitchener on work ethics

PRO TIP!Reach the place early in morning like before 8:15 AM and You'll be free soon. Usually have long line ups after 10 AM.

Parked on Duke Street and the office is easy to find. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I went to drop off my passport renewal and was done in 45 mins!

Went yesterday to get a passport application in. Got there around 8, line up was not too bad, was out by 9 (opened at 8:30). Parking was easy, same building -paid $4. Walked in, down the escalator and there was a short line up. Recommend coming here.

I had to go there to clear up some things. Despite my worries, I found the process fairly efficient and fast. I got there first thing in the morning, and all told it took me about two hours. Which, considering that my situation was unique according to the two officials I talked to, wasn't bad.Staff were friendly and polite. The lady I talked to was most helpful. There is no signage in the mall to indicate where the office is, but as the entire mall seemed to be uninhabited except for Service Canada, I just wandered through the lobby until I saw humans in a line.
