La Fabrique de Bagel Montréal - Parc

This is a simple bagel place! They have good bagels. Their only vegetarian option is the falafel bagel. It’s decent, not the best. However their brownie is really good! Especially in the cold winter days! That’s a must try. They accept cash and card. The place does have a cool vibe, and open view of Park Ave and Milton.

Super nice place. The bagels are really good, especially the salmon avocado one. The young woman working there is super nice and friendly. The place is clean, well decorated, with a lot of natural light, also the music is not too loud.

An amazing spot with delicious food! Best salmon bagels! I also loved the mushroom bagel and their coffee. Service is outstanding and the overall atmosphere very inviting.

Went there with my family for lunch and we ended up ordering several sandwiches to try. I can only say that they were all amazing!! So hard to pick a favourite. Fresh bagels, tasty sandwiches and super friendly staff. Highly recommend

In this essay I will be deconstructing “La Fabrique de Bagel” and justifying why it’s the preeminent bagel establishment in the city of Montreal.Firstly, the quality of food. Every bite of the bagel was like that scene in Ratatouille where the food critic has a flashback to his childhood (iykyk). From the bread itself to the high quality salmon, everything was made exquisitely and to perfection. Nothing tasted cheap or like fast food, they don’t overstimulate the palette with additives or oil. Even the iced latte was leagues ahead of what you would be served at Starbucks, or any overpriced coffee shop in the downtown core.Secondly, the service. The man behind the counter was extremely polite and professional, did everything with a smile. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and made great suggestions. He was also built like a heavyweight champion 8 weeks into a gruelling training camp. Do you understand how difficult it is to be surrounded by carbohydrates all day, and still maintain a physique like that? Very impressive, his dedication to physical fitness clearly correlates to his ability to provide elite levels of customer service.Lastly, the atmosphere. The shop was beautifully decorated and kept exceptionally clean. Not one crumb on the tables or floor. Bagels are displayed beautifully so you know exactly what you’re ordering. A lot of natural light beams into the restaurant, making it a great breakfast spot. The music is also phenomenal.In conclusion, with the combination of all the aspects listed above, I can clearly state that La Fabrique de Bagel is the crème de la crème in the Montreal bagel scene. All other bagel restaurants beware, there is a titan amongst you. Eat here.

the place is nice bagels ok i been to this place a month ago ,but now it smells like urine at the front door .maybe the employees should hose the place down

Great iced coffee and really quick service! The ambience is pleasant as well. A great spot to bring your friends on a study date!

Delicious bagels! An excellent variety of cream cheese spread and tasty soft bagels to go with them. The coffee was good too!

I don’t recommend this place if you want a coffee.It shares the same head office with PRESSE Cafe and uses their beans. For a latte at $5, it tastes very acidic and over roasted and has zero latte art.In fact, you may get better deals at Couche-Tard or McDonald’s for about $3 or less (medium), and those might even taste and look better.Not listed in the menu are day-old bagels that cost $1 each in a bag of six (hence $6 a bag).
