By far my favorite canna shop. I don't understand all the 1*s and negative reviews about the purple haired employee, they're (idk their pronouns) actually one of my favorites! We have the same likes in weed too, which makes it easier for me to get recommendations. The employees in general are always funny and I have enjoyable chats with them, and they give amazing recommendations. I just have to assume the 1* reviewers talking about bad customer service aren't very fun at parties :P

Definitely not the greatest dispensary. Although they have a lot of selection, they're customer service and consistency with strains is terrible. The staff seem lazy and asking for help seems to annoy most employees. There displays are sloppy and generally missing prices. Product is often tipped over blocking the labels and pricing info. Asking them to open the case to see a label that isn't visible is almost impossible.

Haven’t had this problem here before, but today I bought a three pack of pre rolled infused joints, got home to realize it was opened with a joint missing..Used to drop by here every time I was in aldergrove, I won’t be anymore after this experience.

I live nearby and have been going here for over a year now. One female worker wasnt pleasant to work with but aside from that, every other worker there has been happy to help me find a strain according to the effects im seeking.They seem knowledgeable and I always enjoy the experience.

A year ago, I gave this place 5 stars & a great review. However, after the lousy service to lack of product, I'm giving a new review & 1 star.The manager is abrasive and ignorant. (I think her name is Alisha).Products are expensive and not worth the price. 30+ seeds in a bag of flowers are unacceptable. Pre-rolls that don't burn or canoe is unacceptable.I will praise the majority of the staff. They try hard with the lack of products, high prices, and an ignorant manager.

Horrible experience bought 66.00 worth of weed open the lid nothing there .. called them said I need a receipt or I cant return I had proof cause I paid with my phone but wasn’t enough obviously threw it out cause I didn’t think this was going to happen . Will never go again now reading reviews seems like a lot people were missing products way over priced …….

Worst customer service ever will definitely never return after the way the purple haired (woman?) treated me. Very ignorant and rude have heard other complaints about the same individual from colleagues. I never judge any one from what others have to say about them BUT trust me on this one STAY FAR AWAY from this place if you expect to get treated with any type of decency by the clerks.

It was my second time visiting this store and a lovely gentleman assisted me in choosing a vape cartridge. I had went in for Vanilla Lamplighter but they were out of stock, so he suggested Wedding. Just tried it and it’s great. Thanks again to the young man who went to the Greta van Fleet concert, this might be my new fave!
