We had the exterior of our home soft-washed to get the Fiona mess off of it. Sam made the exterior look clean again. He was very professional, respectful of our property and efficient. He offered a walk-a-round to inspect the house after he was finished. We would hire him again.

Great service and excellent results. Would highly recommend. At first I thought the price was a bit high -- but after seeing how much time and effort went into the job, and the results, I realized it was high value for the money spent.

I have to admit the service was excellent under difficult circumstances. It started out with light rain but throughout the day became a thunderstorm. Not exactly good working conditions when you’re standing on metal ladders and holding metal hose nozzles in your hands. Sam planned around this and managed to complete the job that day much to my surprise. He stayed well into the evening to do so. The house looks great. The cost was exactly what was agreed to and we’re very happy with the results. Sam is great to work with, always has a smile on his face and was very neat and careful with his work. Highly recommend PEI Pressure Washing. Sam was quick to respond to emails and we were able to set up a date for our cottage to be washed" right away. He used a soft-washing technique on the siding on the house which removed years of dirt and mildew buildup. He took his time to ensure it was done well and had us do a walk around of the house to ensure we were happy with everything- which we were! The cottage looks so much better now!"

Sam was also excellent with communication, reviewed the plan before he started and did a final inspection to go over what was completed, even power washed our two vehicles.

On an early (and warm enough) spring day we had our exterior siding pressure-washed. The result was a fresh and clean look that will look just great in the coming months. Sam did a super job! He provided us with an accurate time estimate for the job, encouraged us to review his work when completed, and was very approachable.

Sam was very pleasant and professional, and took the time he needed to complete the job. He did a walk-through with us (before and after) and was very responsive to any concerns. He pressure-washed fascia boards and composite trim (moldy and mildewed) and was very careful around the painted cedar shakes. He also cleaned our concrete front steps and doors (all showing debris from Hurricane Fiona), as well as all exterior windows and screens. We would not hesitate to recommend Sam!
