Clean inside and they always seem to have to brand of food we need

Went in today to buy a new harness for my dog, after she wrecked the old one. They helped me pick out a fantastic new one. The staff here are always great, and ready to help.

UPDATEIn response to Global Pets' comment, I have no issue with the debit/credit machine being down. That can happen to anyone.Customer Appreciation Day? Really? More like Customer Rip-off Day. All they did was take the stock that didn't sell, because it was too pricey or ugly, then claimed to mark the price down for our benefit. Even the discounted prices were more expensive than other places.Also, do not trust the manager's or employee's advice regarding pet nutrition. They are by no means experts like they claim. They tell you what you want to hear in order to sell the food. If you want real advice about your pet's nutrition or other concerns, it's best to research the food you are interested in online and consult with your veterinarian or a licensed professional. Then, purchase your desired food at a store without such a ridiculous markup.--------------------------------------The food and merchandise in this store is super marked up. I found the same exact food, sometimes $10 cheaper, at other stores. Also, the manager is full of herself and acts like she knows everything. All she's interested in is profit. She also likes to stick her nose in other people's business. I don't recommend.

Wonderful service friendly people an very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

I love this store. The owner went all out for her customers during covid. She made she that she could take any method of payment and help her customers in anyway she could. She was incredible when it came to telling me what I should buy for my kittens and helped me to switch them over to a new brand. I am always happy to give my business to a store like this.

Friendly staff, great selection of dog food! Tried a new bag of food, my picky Maltese didn't want it, they took back the bag without any issues. Benn going here a few years now and will continue!

Had a great experience at this location. Anita was so helpful, knowledgeable and provided great tips for our puppy!! They have a great selection of items, some I’ve never seen before!! Pup also loved his free treat and drink from the water fountain

My favourite place to get food, treats, and toys, along with anything else I might need for my puppy. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable as well!
