I used this companies website last Saturday to get a quote for a lawn service, and within 7 days this company has called me 10 times, and sent me numerous emails. I have over 6 junk voicemails from them. From over a minute of elevator music with rustling as if they dropped the phone, to radio music, to complete silence then them hanging up Ridiculous. This is basically harassment at this point. I will not be using their services based off this experience.

I have been with Weed Man for over 20 years and the service is always great. I only wish you could look into on line banking with Alterna Savings instead of me having to send a cheque.

Too quick! Not taking more then 10 minutes, not sure what he sprayed, thought Eric was the only person dealing with this lawn...Eric said he was hands, apparently this is not happening!

Disappointing Prepaid Service and Lack of Customer Prioritization.We paid in advance for Weedman's services in 2022, with the expectation of prompt and prioritized service throughout 2023. However, our experience has been anything but satisfactory.As of June 2023, Weedman has only visited our property once - in May 2023 - to apply fertilizer. Despite our persistent requests, they have failed to provide the weed control service we've prepaid for and urgently require.Despite contacting Weedman five times to voice our concerns, we have seen no remediation or efforts to resolve this issue. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the evident disparity in service levels. A friend in our vicinity, who did not prepay for their service this year, has already received weed control treatments twice - once in May and again in June.From our perspective, this demonstrates an unacceptable lack of commitment to customers who have shown faith in Weedman by prepaying for their services. We are left feeling deprioritized, disregarded, and disappointed.Our advice to potential customers? Consider alternative options before committing to Weedman. Your prepaid commitment may not yield the service frequency you expect.

Great service. They contact you the day before to inform you that they will come the next day to provide their services. I love that. My lawn is nice. I used to be with another company but this one is much, much better.! :)

Weedman has transformed our lawn from a bed of weeds to a lush and healthy green carpet. This is our 3rd year and the fee is definitely worth it. I like that they notify you prior to each visit and follow up with a summary of the treatment after. I also appreciate that they will treat for weeds as often as necessary. I was able to convince my neighbour to sign up which was easy to do when you compare both lawns. Thank you Weedman!
