I worked with FountainHead Mechanical to install a new furnace and a new hot water tank. Chris and Ethan and Randy were the 3 guys who came and I enjoyed having them. They were polite, friendly, respectful and were very good at answering any questions I had, even in patiently showing me how to use the furnace controls with the new set upNicole Stanko was very quick at responding to emails and giving me the info I needed in a timely fashion and provided great customer serviceBob was so quick in getting an estimate to me and very good at communicating. Fountainhead Mechanical (FH) has been our community contractor for a number of services. Planned maintenance, inspections, repairs for our heating systems and general plumbing needs. Most recently our community has found the need for a Building Operator to assist with managing the day to day maintenance program. Damith an employee of FH was recommended to provide this support. Daniel was very professional and did a really great job in our bathroom with our drainage issues. He was also very friendly and provided a lot of great extra tips to prevent similar issues from happening in the future. I can not say enough good things about Fountainhead, I manage a very complex seniors residence and more often than not calls are time sensitive. The owner Kelly is very hands on, as a new customer I really appreciate this. Everyone that we have dealt with both in the office and techs have been phenomenal, Jared, Jesse, both Marks, Terri-Lynn and many others. The team is very quick to response and collaborate with myself and our Maintenance Manager providing options to work within our budget. I booked Fountainhead Mechanical for my mother based on a recommendation from one of their other clients. The drain technician that showed up was helpful and was able to quickly resolve the problem. He reassured my mom and completely cleaned up after himself. After he left my mom asked me to phone the company and let them know how pleased she was with his service. She gave him a rating of 12 stars out of 10. In a cultural were some companies do not seem to value the customer experience Fountainhead Mechanical seems to pride themselves on good customer relations. We almost certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Our condo management uses Fountainhead Mechanical Inc. Chris is truly a professional AC technician that genuinely care for his customer problem. Not only he demonstrated his technical skills with proper logical process of elimination to identify the root cause of the problem analytically by checking every possible components of potential cause of such problem symptom, as opposed to guesswork. The condo management does stock parts, and through out the fixing he was running back and forth to get various parts (part of the process of elimination), and reassure that he will stay with this job until it’s done instead of lasting over multiple visits multi days.As the unit was for short term rental, the previous guest was already impacted by the AC not working, Chris worked tirelessly and reassuring to us over and over again that he will fix it under the ticking clock before the next guest shows up. He showed that he was as concern as us with our guests’ inconvenience.Overall, Chris is very professional, excellent technical skills, very genuine at heart, outstanding customer service and communication.
