Color Cafe West Edmonton Mall

I had an awesome time here with my partner! The staff were so nice and accommodating. I painted a bowl ($~60) and my partner painted a plate (~$40), but there are dozens of items to choose from, with varying price points. It takes five days for items to be glazed and fired, so keep that in mind ($10 extra for a two-day turnaround).

Such a unique and fun place! I have come for years, and Color Cafe always has such a friendly environment. It is a great place to relax and paint. I recommend going to Color Cafe to paint for any occasion! It is so fun!

Great birthday party experience for a small guest list. Kids love painting the ceramic. We have been to several parties here and they are excited to get their final result age the ceramic is baked.After cake and stuff, staff turned on a movie until parents came. We were guests , but we also helped out.

Held my daughter's birthday party in September 2022. Told that our deposit would be used towards the party payment. Cashier charged full amount and did not include use the deposit towards the price. Still trying to get my deposit back. Left multiple messages and they are continually ignored. Also when booking we were told an approximate price range for each piece. Each piece was much more than the price quoted over the phone and the b-day party selection was very limited. One star only because I'm forced to. Wouldn't recommend for parties.

I visited the Color Cafe in West Ed last week and fell in love! They had so many different pottery pieces to choose from and a variety of different paints, I had so much fun decorating my little tea cup! It's perfect to give as gifts as well. I definitely recommend :)

Slightly pricey but for sure worth it! Really great experience and the staff are very lovely and helpful. I wouldn't recommend this place for small children but it is great for older children, teens and adults!

Awesome friendly staff. After art was done during glazing there was a manufacture defect found (just on one item) We were able to speak to a manager the same day and were fully refunded. Would absolutely go back!Super fun place to spend a few hours painting with a friend over coffee and desert.

I am very upset, I booked a room on the site from 5:15 to 6:45 pm, my daughter was in a bad mood today and I wanted to please her. we arrived at the mall and were looking for a place for a long time, we arrived at 5:55, and what? we were told that they are closing and that their website shows the timetables incorrectly!!!! We had to turn around and leave! It is not normal!!!!

My school's graduate program ran a silent auction to raise money for our graduation event. Color Cafe was kind enough to make a donation - they graciously donated a gravy boat and a sugar container (pictured). Thank you Color Cafe for your generosity and for helping us raise money for our graduation!

Just WOW very dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least.Apparently when speaking with Hanna with my displeasure of not only not having a seat for 20 mins and having a horrible experience my first time she informed me I should feel It is a privilege to have been given a seat tonight....even though I have paid 14 dollars each person to reserve in advance days prior...the staff was not prepared for the event at all that they sold tickets too..they were still dealing with prior clients that were not apart of the event when I arrived having no actual clean tables or space for anyone to really move around.I was on time to simply be pushed around in the cafe as time went on and people started there projects. I was finally seated in the back store area when I finally got settled I was then informed I was able to be seated in the front of the cafe since they had finished cleaning up from prior people. I declined as it was already 35 to 40 mins into the 2 hour event and I just figured and sat down with my paint. We were given 4 Ferro rocher chocolates....real classy
