Mike at Velofix provided excellent service at our house, fixing and trouble shooting different issues in classic road to higher end mtn drive train systems. He has the knowledge, tools, and confidence to trouble shoot solutions and communicates in both technical and non- technical levels (different family members). He was extremely helpful in quickly locating and installing a crank arm set for us. We highly recommend this service.

Mike did an excellent job in servicing our bikes. We called in advance to request a certain part for my bike. Mike replaced that part and serviced our three bikes. It took under 4 hours as compared to two weeks which would have been the wait time if we took our bikes to a bike shop. I was impressed with Mike's professionalism and with his knowledge of bikes. A job done extremely well.

Michael called on the day of our appointment to let us know he was running behind and as to when we could expect him. When he arrived he was professional and prompt on the tuning of our bikes. He explained as to why the bike had been under performing for me. Great job!

Firstly, I cannot stress the level of professionalism mike showed while working on my bike. He displayed vast knowledge in asserting what needed to be fixed. After the appointment Mike showed me what was wrong initially and what he did to fix it. Very happy with this business.

Amazing service from Mike @ VeloFix! Was my first time using the service. I had a Canyon bike shipped from Europe straight to them and it arrived at my house built and ready to ride, in perfect condition. I even got a call the day before my scheduled drop off, to see if I wanted my bike earlier. Mike did an amazing job building it and showing me how everything worked. Cannot recommend Mike enough - thanks again for the outstanding service!!

Mike came to my house to fix a bike that I use almost every day. He introduced himself and very cordially fixed the brakes, a flat tire, and made a series of adjustments to the bike that made it feel like new. The service he provided was very friendly and I was very satisfied considering that we are in the red zone in the pandemic and no business around wanted to fix the bike. The service is worth it and without hesitation I will contact him again if needed.

Terrible service, left hand does not know what right hand is doing, not resourceful ++.My Velofix website instructions concerning parts needed and related technical comments were not conveyed to the technician showing up at the date and time specified. He was going to show up with ZERO knowledge of the work to be performed and the parts needed. The technician said that the one that looks after the website did not provide any information (but he was going to show up and expect to be paid for the service call).They could not find the parts needed to address our requirements (a shorter stem/steering neck).They were going to check a used parts store in Ottawa. I suggested AMAZON and other online sources - Crickets = How could a business not even consider that as an option these days? No response.The service request was never completed and now they don't even respond to my follow up messages.I have to say that Velo Fix has not been a very stellar service experience for us.I encourage you to try other mobile services if they exist, fix it yourself or see a local brick and mortar bike shop.Very unimpressed.Steph and MaureenAylmer, Québec

Mike was really efficient. In a COVID world with no bike parts he was able to change my bottom bracket in one day. It was easy and convenient!
