I ordered something well in advance to when I expected to pick it up, however, when I called to check the delivery status I was informed the item was never even ordered.The staff were extremely polite but had no idea what they were doing or how to ensure I received what I called in for. I was told the item would be re-ordered and they would check the system to make sure they didn’t have to “Order it again” if it “zeroed out”....this gave me no confidence in receiving my next order.Extremely disappointing as I had a time limit for the delivery. Will not be ordering through them again

Always a great experience shopping at Lordco! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly & always ready to offer helpful advice!A few days ago we went in to get a replacement for a teeny tiny little part and even though the item price was literally under 1 dollar, the staff member showed us where to find it and offered some advice on replacing it. Thanks Lordco!

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, good selection and generally good service however if you don't have an account you will pay far in excess of what account holders do. Most often things go without a hitch but there are times when you have to be persistent. I purchased a couple exhaust gaskets, I needed one more, I prepaid the order, the next day when it was supposed to be there, it wasn't. Because I checked early enough in the day they just ordered again and it arrived later that day. If Lordco doesn't have it try Bumper to Bumper, formally know as Duncan Auto Parts, they really are great people. While Lordco has made an effort to address issues with service levels and hold/delivery times they are struggling to get a sufficient number of employees to support the work load, they are open later however and that is a big advantage over Bumper To Bumper.

I’ve been on hold for 18 minutes as I’m typing this review. This is not abnormal. Staff there is either not well enough equip to handle the business or their employees aren’t working efficiently. I’m trying to get work done in our shop and if they weren’t literally the only option for this part they would never get my business. I actually call the Nanaimo store to get part numbers to expedite the process because it takes so long. Hire more staff please because the prices and delivery times are actually good, if they could only answer the heckin phone.

I went into this store to get a quote for my brakes. The guy gave me a 30% discount. The next day I called to order the parts. The guy on the phone wouldn't give me the 30% discount. I went online and found a Lordco competitor in Nanaimo that has BETTER regular prices and great customer service. Nothing I hate more than the old 30% off discount after prices are inflated 30%. I'll never walk into a Lordco again in my life.

Such a joke of a parts place. Seriously ask anybody in town who's dealt with them. They'll tell you not to waste your time. Can not count on them when you have work to do and you need parts. Will lie to you about stock and not give any heads up when they can't find the part you ordered,etc etc

Over and Over and Over again, Wrong Parts, Parts were not ordered, prices are more then other parts stores, 20min on hold, and occasionally no answer. Rarely do I leave a review but after my experience today I am extremely disappointed! not only were my parts not ordered I waited 30 min for the shipping truck to arrive and waited in line for 20 each time only to find out parts were never ordered, i travelled 20 min in each direction because they would not answer the phone. I have been working in the automotive industry for 15 years and never experienced a parts store like lordco. Save your time and energy and order parts else where like bumper to bumper or Key 2 in Victoria. I will absolutely NEVER! step foot in another Lordco Ever Again.

It’s really disorganized company. Even I don’t wanna talk about our experience because it makes us so frustrated again. What I just want to say other ppl not having same experience with us is not ordering from themor not even ask them to delivery to other location . You are gonna waste your time and …. Just bad.

Bit pricey, sometimes they don't have what you're looking for, but the staff were great. I knew what I was looking for, and they got it to me for a decent price. In-store customer service is 5 stars.
