Best Western Plus Saint John Hotel & Suites

We stayed there for 2 nights and we didn’t had any extra toilet paper and towels the next day. We had to ask front desk for extras. Usually, there’s at least an extra roll of toilet paper in the room. What I really didn’t like is I always have a reusable water bottle with me and I asked the front desk clerk if I could fill my water bottle with the hotel water. He told me that they don’t recommend we drink the water and that we can purchase Costco plastique water bottle for 1$. If you don’t recommend drinking the water don’t charge for water bottle and don’t offer “fancy” 2 gallons lemon water at front desk. Don’t offer water pitcher at breakfast for your guest to drink. Offer FREE water bottle instead. In my opinion, you don’t care about the quality of your guest stay to your hotel and we all know that Costco water bottle cost .25 cents, probably less if you bought in bigger quantities. Even tho, the room “seemed” cleaned, I wonder if they changed the sheets between guest or even cleaned the room with cleaning products. If they didn’t offer room service the next day or give away a water bottle that cost less then .25 cents. It cost money to wash those sheets.

Top notch quality and value. I had occasion to spend a few nights at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised overall. The size of the room, its' cleanliness, and excellent service by the staff made my stay truly great. Thank you.

If we could, we'd give more than a 5*. We stayed for only one night driving from Halifax to get a good night sleep before heading to Montreal. We had two small issues in our room which were cleared out within minutes. We want to thank Tate & Jason for always being there for us. They are 2 amazing young men with a kind personality in helping their guests feel comfortable. The parking just outside the door was great but their morning breakfast was amazing. Lots of cereal, breads, apples & bananas and yogurt with hot breakfast. There are plenty of sausages, eggs, waffles, potatoes & ham with OJ, apple juice and milk. You make your own toasts & waffles with coffee & tea on the side & small pastries & muffins! Everything was amazing & next time we visit this will be our next stopover for sure.Thank you,Palmina O. & Andy D.

Great service, location and altogether experience!Best Western brand really is an awesome place to stay.From very decent breakfast ( included) in the morning to incredibly clean and made up rooms, non-carpet flooring ( noted, thank you, and they are great), strong water pressure in the shower ( so much appreciated after a very long hot day drive) .Customer service is sweet, helpful and polite.Definitely recommend!!

We stayed here for one night. The service desk people were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless! The beds very comfortable. But what was best from our perspectives was the quiet! There was absolutely no bothersome noise. We both slept very well and I must say this was the first time ever! Motel is in a very convenient location, close to but not on the highway and surrounded by many restaurants Full hot breakfast was served in the morning!.

Edit: Owner made up a lie saying I threatened his employees. Where is the threat? States they were following policy strictly yet they accepted a 3rd party credit card so which is it? Owner states a credit card must be presented as if one wasnt. The staff were GIVEN a credit card and refused it, owner does not address any of the staff's wrongdoings. Lies and contradictions from the owner no wonder his employees feel emboldened to act exactly the same way.Emanuel & Loreal at the front desk repeatedly lied and evaded, giving the information needed to make a complaint about their nasty behavior to a guest. 'Theres no manager' 'We don't know who operates this hotel' - They purposely turned away someone who had PAID for their room already because a credit card couldn't be presented for incidentals. If you dont have a credit card

The room was lovely and the hotel itself was clean. We only stayed one night but were given plenty of towels. The bed linens were very clean and comfortable. I wish the pool was open 24 hours but I understand why it’s not. The ice bucket was a bit dirty so definitely check that out when you get there. I’d recommend a stay though for sure, it was very enjoyable.

My friend and I stayed here a couple nights in March. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and one of the best hotel experiences I've had (it actually might be the best one now that I think of it). Very comfortable beds, nice rooms, friendly staff, etc. I truly enjoyed my experience here and so did my friend. We had a great weekend and look forward to coming back someday. Only downside is there's no hot tub at the pool. Fantastic hotel though and I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a hotel in Saint John to stay here.

This was nice place close to everything. Staff was lovely, friendly and funny, the pool is small but we'll kept. The rooms are super clean. This place has restaurants you can walk too and shops near by and not far from downtown at all.Hot breakfast and they had some gluten-free options.Only negative this was the beds, hard as rock other wise good place.
