My partner was exactly 9 minutes late to his appointment (Covid test) and we was turned away by the staff. The staff was extremely rude and couldn't care less about the tough situation they were putting him in. If you really need to use this service, give yourself a good 10-minute head start because their offices are hard to find in the building (no proper signage). If you can find alternative services, please do.

Amazing service provided by the nurse ! Gave me all the information I needed to make the proper decisions when it came to vaccinations for Thailand and Vietnam. Also administered the vaccines painlessly (and no soreness). Highly recommended.

The Summit Health Team was kind, supportive and communicative in the process of providing me with my document of recovery. Due to the urgency of my request, the team set proper expectations with me about the 2 business day turn around time, however exceeded my expectations by delivering my documentation much faster than anticipated. I would highly recommend trusting this company to provide the necessary documentation to travel.

They have a faulty credit card machine and charged me twice for one service. Mind you the service was an antigent test for 99 CAD, which ended up being 198 CAD out of my pocket. They should not use this equipment. Moreover, the nurse assistant told me this was a common problem there. The receptionist Cynthia was also very rude to me on the phone when I called to resolve this issue: she did not call back after promising she would with information pertaining to the charge (which had me waiting all day) and when I called back, she kept interrupting me using a mocking tone. Absolute lack of decency. This is a terrible service. Go anywhere else.

Careful if you are using these guys for a weekend flight. They are only open on some weekends, not on others. Closed the weekend I needed them and refused to refund me for the covid tests I had paid for ($115) to administer the telehealth covid test

Went there to get a vaccine for work-related travel to Thaïland. Everything went swimmingly. Incredible customer service from the receptionist who gracefully, kindly, and professionally redirected me to the clinic after going to the wrong address (I'm taking care of so many things at once I often get lost and impatience tends me be the usual response. A++

I did use Summit Health clinic in Toronto in 2019 and had a great experience. For this reason I decided to go back there. While using the website, I did not realize the clinics in Toronto are temporarily closed so I ended up booking in Montreal instead. Once I received the confirmation email, I realized the mistake. So called the clinic to explain the misunderstanding and they were very professional, cancelling the appointment and refunding the money. Shayna was the person who I spoke with and she was really helpful. Please come back to Toronto soon :)
