Never again will I go here. Both times I went it was because I felt too sick to travel the distance to my regular doctor and this place was nearest. I don't know if they have a policy about not giving prescriptions to walk-ins but they gave me nothing both times for serious illnesses, telling me instead just to get through it. After my fever got dangerously high I made the trip to my actual doctor who gave me the medicine I needed to not risk dying. Make the trip to see someone else, at least they'll actually help you.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND GIVE THE FUNDING TO OUR CHILDREN INSTEAD OF ADULTS WASTING OUR TAX DOLLARS. I’ve seen dozens of the same people come for over a year, this isn’t helping anyone other than the owners who profit off our liberal government grants. They allow users to openly inject and smoke in front of their building during business hours and set up tents to sleep at night then give same people methadone and free breakfast in the morning. Needles everywhere. Can you say ENABLING???

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Govender. I have been searching for a female doctor for quite some time, and I feel very understood by her. Very professional, and trustworthy. Most of the issues I need to see the doctor for are hormone related, and she definitely understands my concerns.

I came into this clinic after a whole year of being too scared to leave my house because of OCD. I expressed my concerns of my mental health to Dr. Das and he mentioned to me that I’m a 26 year old who needs to stop acting like a child. He called me a 12-13 year old. When a patient comes in to discuss her detrimental anxiety, she shouldn’t be bullied and told she’s a child. I never thought I would leave crying because of how I was treated but here I am.

My family doctor moved to this location and anytime I try to book an appointment or go get test results of even standard check ups I can never get in because his hours are so ridiculous! Not open say or Sun. The clinic opens at 9 but doctors don't start till 1030!! The clinic closes at 5 but the last patient is at 4....So I have to take a whole day off of work just to seer you... No thanks. Lets also talk about reception, never accommodating, ride and short with you on the phone. Don't get me wrong not all are like this but I say 80% of the time I call this is what I get.To say the least I am changing doctors. It has been 3 years but I am tired of this kind of service and lack of hours.

Similar to another reviewer here, I went in to find a new family doctor and deal with a mental health issue after going to urgent care earlier in the week. Dr. Das told me everyone has anxiety these days, and that if I came in with a broken leg, that would be a different story. I left in tears.While reception was warm and welcoming, and I appreciate their commitment to treating those with substance abuse issues, I would not recommend this clinic if you are looking for a comprehensive approach to mental and physical wellness.

We have been following dr Deb here, at this clinic and he never disappointed us. He's always willing to help, give advice, medication and importantly enough, he doesn't waiste your time. The location is not convenient for us as we live in deep south, that would be the reason if we would ever think to change him. Reception staff a little bit unfriendly, I would say.

The only reason I tried this clinic is the waiting time at my regular one. The first issue I had was the $15 charge to fax over my prescription to MY pharmacy because I didn't want to use the adjoined one. You should not penalize a patient with a conflict of interest like that. The doctor then criticized the treatment plan I was currently on (which has been perfect for a year now.) He then revoked three important parts of my treatment. On top of that he had the nerve to call my pharmacy and cancel a prescription I had been on for 6 months. Avoid this place unless you feel like wasting a whole day.

I found this clinic after looking for a new family doctor for the past 2 years and I'm so thankful I found Dr. Govender!She is so kind and caring and her bedside manner is exactly what I needed.She immediately got me help for my anxiety and depression and has followed up on it constantly.As well, I came in with medical issues that I've been struggling to get resolved and she referred me to specialist ASAP.Dr. Govender actually cares for her patients and wants to help people.It's also not her fault that the clinic is located where it is. I've never had an issue going nor have I felt unsafe.Wonderful reception staff too. Always polite and attentive. I've never felt so seen and taken care of.
