My son took me for dinner this Father's Day and it was busy. Our server, Bryce, was great. It was easy to see that he was very busy but he still did his best. His service really stood out. Thanks Bryce!

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews
Red Robin is always great for a quick bite and this evening was no different. Was a little dubious about this location after reading the reviews but couldn’t have had a better experience. Our server, Mushran, was very attentive. The food came out quickly and was hot & fresh. Great tasting and good portion sizes! All other staff were very friendly and efficient in their work. Many looked happy to be here. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

We went there on a Friday night - Jun 23 around 730 pm and the host sat us down right away. We waited 5 minutes and saw the server at another table taking an order, he disappeared and 5 minutes later, he walked past other tables and asked if they needed anything, completely ignoring us. He disappears again, all this time, we’re just waiting and more than 15 minutes has passed and while he was gone, another party got seated right next to our table, when the server returns again, he walked right over to the table that just got seated, right next to us!! and proceeded to take their order. This was the tipping point for us, so we walked out. We’ve never had issues with service at this restaurant in the past and I’m sorry to say that the service has gone downhill. I’m not one to put a negative comment and I’m usually pretty patient, but this place lacked the very basic customer service that one can expect at a family restaurant.

Never disappointed, unlike some negative reviews here. We live in another town yet have eaten here and in the Vernon location a few times also. The menu has changed but there is enough there to satisfy any taste really. Today's server was top-notch, we were greeted and seated quickly and the food was really good. The fries were especially good, as they actually tasted of potato and weren't greasy at all. The chicken 'burger' was a nice portion and so was my partner's beef burger and salad. It is clean, has a good variety of meals and although not the cheapest option around, the 'endless' sides certainly add to the value. A good place that's been reliable for us.

I would honestly give 4.75 stars if I could. The service here is great, our waitress was lovely, and the manager was very friendly and professional.We unfortunately had to send back one item we ordered, which we never really do, but they were very polite and apologetic about it. The manager came to apologize and make sure it was fixed.Besides that, no complaints. The food was good and I am sure it was an uncommon occurrence.Would go back and would recommend checking them out.

I received outstanding service from Jessica22 tonight! The steakhouse burger was delicious, the Caesar salad fresh and bright and the spiked peach-berry freckled lemonade was refreshing and tasty, but what made the experience really great was Jessica. She was professional, attentive and really seems to enjoy her job. It was SO refreshing!The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is... food: the mushrooms on the burger were cold when it came to the table; and atmosphere: every time the side door to the patio was opened it slammed against the concrete and brick planter. It really should be tightened up...before it shatters, and one of the other servers chattered on loudly and incessantly for 15 minutes, about two feet away from me, to a co-worker. Ah well, ya can't have it all.Other than those small things, it was a great experience for my first time here and I would return.

I must have caught this place at a really bad time because if it was anything like when I went I'm not sure how they have any good reviews. The floor was very dirty and covered in debris, looked like the place isn't cleaned very well. The food was alright but the service was absolutely terrible! The waitress brought our appetizers and we never really saw her again. Someone else had to bring our entrees and then no one came after that to take plates, do refills on drinks or bottomless fries. After waiting 15 minutes we finally had to track someone down to ask for more. After more waiting we were finally told they had to cook some more and it would be more of a wait, after 15 more minutes of waiting we gave up waiting and found someone else to get us our bill and left. It's a shame the Alberta locations were all closed because they never seemed to be run this bad. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

We arrived at about 7:45 for a late supper, ordered before 8pm, it was not busy in the restaurant. It took the server till 8:20 to inform my husband that they were out of wraps and he needed to pick something else. Took another 20+ minutes to get our food, mine must of sat for all that time under the lamp as the garlic toast was not fresh. We did not get any apology or a discount on the wait. If we are ever back in the area we will not eat there again.

I loved this restaurant. I had the Bonsai burger (I think) with fries and a freckled peach strawberry alcoholic beverage of danger (it was delicious!).Very good burger, great service...would not hesitate to eat here again.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews
Had supper at the Kamloops location. We were seated immediately upon entering the restaurant. The premises were clean and the server was friendly. We asked for lettuce as substitute for the regular burger bun and it was no problem. They had gluten-free options, too.I'd recommend this place for families. We had a good meal at a reasonable price.
