OK Tire

Brought my truck in twice for issues. I've never had a more professional experience. The walked me through everything. Showed me the issues and gave me a very reasonable price before they did anything. I highly recommend them.

So I’m fairly knowledgeable with automotive diagnostic and repair. I generally repair my vehicles myself. But sometimes with new vehicles don’t have enough experience to make these repairs. So I have used st Anne’s car clinic (now OK tire) for everything that is past my knowledge. For years now they have continued exceptional customer and professional experience. I have yet to leave unimpressed with their work. This is the only shop that I will ever use if they continue this quality of work. They have worked on both my suv, half ton truck, and 1 ton heavy duty truck. Highly recommend.

I decided to use St Anne's CarClinic after my engine light kept flashing on and off intermittently...they diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently and 2 days later after a part came in I was on my way also with a happy feeling of assurance.I am definitely going back....

Great place. The guys here were extremely helpful and friendly. Driving from. Toronto to edmonton and had a wheel bearing go. They had me on the lift and back on the road within 3 hours with no issues. Highly recommend this place.

I had a creaking front end of my car. I need some work done to my suspension which they did and i still had the same noise the day after i got my car back from the shop. I called them and told them that i still had the same sound coming from my front end and they said they would look at it again. They resolved the problem the second time I brought it back in, for no cost. These guys stand behind there work and are honest. Great experience.

Unfortunately, this shop has rendered my car unfit for the road. Even after being told 3 times via in person, email and text msg not to torque past 20 ft lbs. They stripped and destoryed brand new hardware and fastners holding my strut tower to the car. They even caved in the washers, which can only be done using an impact wrench instead of a torque wrench. The fastners ask for 20 ft lbs of torque. To cause the damage they caused the torque values had to have been seriously in excess.In the end they are not taking owership. They tried to blame the manufacturer. However, the manufacturer agrees, this damage is impossible with a torque wrench. 20 foot lbs of torque cannot cause this level of damage. The laws of physics simply make this impossible on brand new hardware.Do not use this shop unless you own an old beater that you don't mind if it exits the shop in worse condition than it arrived in.

Not the best experience. They never could figure out what the creaking noise coming from the front end was. Just said we couldn’t find anything lol. Was checking the invoice and noticed they charged me 60 bucks for cabin air filter labour. On top they did not even test drove the car, the Alignment was way off and when I called in to ask if it was done, instead of offering an alignment job, the guy there stated I never mentioned alignment so they never did it. Not very impressed. Won’t go again or recommend.
